provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency
energy and,if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee
that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does
cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be
determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to
correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
—Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

product which integrates this module. The end user manual shall include required
regulatory information/warning as below.
.End-users must be provided with transmitter/antenna installation requirements
and operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
.A separate section should clearly state “FCC RF Exposure requirements:”
.Required operating conditions for end users
. Antenna/or transmitter installation requirements, where relevant (For example:
The antenna used with this module must be installed to provide a separation
distance of at least 20cm from all persons, and must not transmit simultaneously
with any other antenna or transmitter.)
Information for OEMs and Host integrators
The guidelines described within this document are provided to OEM integrators installing
Audio-Technica Wireless Module in wireless headphone platforms. Adherence to these
requirements is necessary to meet the conditions of compliance with FCC rules, including RF
exposure. When all antenna type and placement guidelines described herein are fulfilled the
Audio-Technica Wireless Module may be incorporated into wireless headphone platforms with
no further restrictions. If any of the guidelines described herein are not satisfied it may be
necessary for the OEM or integrator to perform additional testing and/or obtain additional
approval. The OEM or integrator is responsible to determine the required host regulatory
testing and/or obtaining the required host approvals for compliance

For Use in Canada
Canada, Industry Canada (IC) Notices
This device complies with Industry Canada license-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is
subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference,
including interference that may
cause undesired operation of the device.
For Canada
fonctionnement.
Under Industry Canada regulations, this radio transmitter may only operate using an antenna of
a type and maximum (or lesser) gain approved for the transmitter by Industry Canada. To
reduce potential radio interference to other users, the antenna type and its gain should be so
chosen that the equivalent isotropically radiated power (e.i.r.p.) is not more than that
necessary for successful communication.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Radiation Exposure Statement Radio
Frequency (RF) Exposure Information
The radiated output power of the Wireless Device is below the Industry Canada (IC)
radio frequency exposure limits. The Wireless Device should be used in such a manner such
that the potential for human contact during normal operation is minimized.
This device has also been evaluated and shown compliant with the IC RF Exposure limits
under portable exposure conditions. (antennas are less than 20 cm of a person's body).
The Bluetooth Module (Model No.:BM03R8645) provides a fully compliant Bluetooth
V4.1(don’t support BLE ) specification system for data and voice.
