BANKEN/HEI23YL,BANKEN/HEI23YS THISDEVICECOMPLIESWITHPART15OFTHEFCCRULES.OPERATIONISSUBJECTTO THEFOLLOWINGTWOCONDITIONS:(1)THISDEVICEMAYNOTCAUSEHARMFUL INTERFERENCEAND(2)THISDEVICEMUSTACCEPTANYINTERFERENCERECEIVED, INCLUDINGINTERFERENCETHATMAYCAUSEUNDESIREDOPERATION. FederalCommunicationsCommissionRequirements ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice, pursuanttoPart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonableprotection againstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates,usesandcan radiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,may causeharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunications.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterference willnotoccurinaparticularinstallation.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioor televisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoffandon,theuseris encouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthefollowingmeasures: ϥReorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna. ϥIncreasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver. ϥConnecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthereceiveris connected. ϥConsultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp. THECHANGESORMODIFICATIONSNOTEXPRESSLYAPPROVEDBYTHEPARTY RESPONSIBLEFORCOMPLIANCECOULDVOIDTHEUSER’SAUTHORITYTOOPERATE THEEQUIPMENT ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwo conditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevicemustacceptany interferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesiredoperation. Anintentionalorunintentionalradiatorshallcautiontheuserthatchangesormodificationsnot expresslyapprovedbythepartyresponsibleforcompliancecouldvoidtheuser'sauthoritytooperate theequipment. ThisdevicecomplieswithIndustryCanadalicenseexemptRSSstandards.Operationissubjecttothe followingtwoconditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevicemust acceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesiredoperation. SelonlesdemieresRSS210etCNRGENLeprésentappareilestconformeauxCNRd'IndustrieCanada applicablesauxappareilsradioexemptsdelicence.L'exploitationestautoriséeauxdeuxconditions suivantes:(1)l'appareilnedoitpasproduiredebrouillage,et(2)l'utilisateurdel'appareildoit acceptertoutbrouillageradioélectriquesubi,mêmesilebrouillageestsusceptibled'encompromettre lefonctionnement. TheHEI23YLunit(FCCID:VGWHEI23Y1)complieswithFCCradiationexposurelimitssetforthfor uncontrolledenvironmentandmeetstheFCCradiofrequency(RF)ExposureGuidelinesinSupplement CtoOET65.TheunithasverylowlevelofRFenergythatitisdeemedtocomplywithouttestingof specificabsorptionratio(SAR).
