TheOEMintegratorhastobeawarenottoprovideinformationtotheenduser

regardinghowtoinstallorremovethisRFmoduleintheuser’smanualoftheend

productwhichintegratesthismodule.Theendusermanualshallincludeallrequired

regulatoryinformation/warningasshowinthismanual.



FederalCommunicationCommissionInterferenceStatement

ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothe

followingtwoconditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)

thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmay

causeundesiredoperation.

ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassB

digitaldevice,pursuanttoPart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedto

providereasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidential

installation.Thisequipmentgenerates,usesandcanradiateradiofrequencyenergy

and,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmful

interferencetoradiocommunications.However,thereisnoguaranteethat

interferencewillnotoccurinaparticularinstallation.Ifthisequipmentdoescause

harmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedby

turningtheequipmentoffandon,theuserisencouragedtotrytocorrectthe

interferencebyoneofthefollowingmeasures:

‐Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.

‐Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.

‐Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthe

receiverisconnected.



Anychangesormodificationsnotexpresslyapprovedbythepartyresponsiblefor

compliancecouldvoidtheuser'sauthoritytooperatethisequipment.This

transmittermustnotbeco‐locatedoroperatinginconjunctionwithanyother

antennaortransmitter.



RadiationExposureStatement

ThisequipmentcomplieswithFCCradiationexposurelimitssetforthforan

uncontrolledenvironment.Thisequipmentshouldbeinstalledandoperatedwith

minimumdistance20cmbetweentheradiator&yourbody.



EndProductLabeling

Whenthemoduleisinstalledinthehostdevice,theFCCIDlabelmustbevisible

throughawindowonthefinaldeviceoritmustbevisiblewhenanaccesspanel,

doororcoveriseasilyre‐moved.Ifnot,asecondlabelmustbeplacedontheoutside

ofthefinaldevicethatcontainsthefollowingtext:“ContainsFCCID:UZI‐35M168”

Thegrantee'sFCCIDcanbeusedonlywhenallFCCcompliancerequirementsare

met.



ThisdeviceisintendedonlyforOEMintegratorsunderthefollowing

conditions:

(1)Theantennamustbeinstalledsuchthat20cmismaintainedbetweenthe

antennaandusers,

(2)Thetransmittermodulemaynotbeco‐locatedwithanyothertransmitteror

antenna,excepthasbeenassessedinaccordancewithFCCmulti‐transmitterproduct

guidelines.

(3)TocomplywithFCCregulationslimitingbothmaximumRFoutputpowerand

humanexposuretoRFradiation,themaximumantennagainincludingcablelossina

mobileexposureconditionmustnotexceed:

Intheeventthattheseconditionscannotbemet(forexamplecertainlaptop

configurationsorco‐locationwithanothertransmitter),thentheFCCauthorizationis

nolongerconsideredvalidandtheFCCIDcannotbeusedonthefinalproduct.In

thesecircumstances,theOEMintegratorwillberesponsibleforre‐evaluatingthe

endproduct(includingthetransmitter)andobtainingaseparateFCCauthorization.


