1. If you don’t see the pop‐up, you are not connected to the NetCam HD Wi‐Fi signal. Repeat step 3 and wait for the confirmation of the connection. 2. Once set up, set switch to App Features: Tap a camera’s name to view. To access a camera’s Settings page, tap Camera Status Icons: Private: Camera is available to share with multiple guests Shared: Camera is set to block all guests Private (with NetCam Cloud+): Camera is viewable only by you, and has NetCam Cloud+. Shared (with NetCam Cloud+): Camera is viewable by you and anyone you’ve chosen to share with, and has NetCam Cloud+. Error: Camera is not working. Welcome to NetCam HD. Attach screws to wall and hang plate onto screws. 3. Align base with plate and screw on camera post.
