Continuous air flow from Bendix
Bendix pioneered the first air dryer nearly 30 years ago, and
ever since, our air dryers have been the industry standard. Now
there’s a new way to provide a continuous flow of clean, dry air
for high-air-demand applications: the Bendix® EverFlow™ air
dryer control module.
Bulk haulers, transit buses, and other high-air-usage applications, such as central tire inflation have special air supply needs.
These vehicles require a continuous, uninterrupted supply of
clean, dry air. While normal air dryers work well, their need to
periodically stop and purge moisture doesn’t make them
suitable for high-air-demand applications. For these vehicles,
there’s the Bendix EverFlow™ module — an air dryer control
module that works with a pair of Bendix® soft seat AD-9™,
AD-IP™ or AD-IS™ air dryers to continuously provide drier,
filtered air for applications with high-air-demand.

Tag team performance
Unlike normal air dryers that periodically stop to purge
moisture, the EverFlow™ air dryer control module keeps airflow
constant by connecting two of our popular Bendix soft seat
AD-9, AD-IP or AD-IS air dryers with an electronic control
module that utilizes ABS modulator technology. The EverFlow™
air dryer control module helps prevent contamination of the air
system by allowing one dryer to provide dry air to the system
while the other dryer purges. While one unit filters and dries
the air, the other purges the collected moisture. Then the
controller switches between the two to repeat the process.
In this way, air flows continuously through the system in an
uninterrupted supply.

Cleaner and more efficient
The Bendix® EverFlow™ module delivers clean, dry air faster
than other system options. In fact, the EverFlow module is
designed to unload almost 10 percent faster than existing,
competitive continuous flow dryers. This 10 percent difference
means that in low pressure applications, such as pressure
assisted bulk offload, offload times may be fast enough to
allow for one extra load / offload cycle a day, which means
increased productivity for your fleet.

BENDIX® EVERFLOW™ MODULE
The Bendix® EverFlow™ module also provides cleaner air to the
vehicle’s air system. Cleaner, drier air means minimized risk of
contamination in the air lines and to the accessories. In high-airdemand applications such as transit buses, refuse haulers and
central tire inflation, the Bendix EverFlow module provides the
clean, dry air to high-air-use accessories and air brakes that
you’ve come to expect from Bendix air dryers.

Easy-to-find parts and service
Since each air dryer operates only half the time, replacement
desiccant cartridges last longer than with a single dryer
cartridge in this type of application. However, when they do
need to be replaced, Bendix® AD-IP™, AD-9™ or AD-IS™
cartridges, along with any Bendix air dryer service part are
always available at your nearby Bendix distributor or truck
parts dealer. The EverFlow module offers the quality and reliability you expect from Bendix air dryers and it’s backed by one
of the most powerful warranties in the industry.
