Within the warranty period, the product fault which is not caused by manmade damage may enjoy the
following “Three-Guarantee” services
1.Within 7 days after you have received the product, if LAFI bed lamp has the
performance faults whi c h a r e l i sted in the “LAFI bed lamp Commodit y
Performance Fault List ” , a f t e r t ested and confirmed by our After Service
Center, y o u m a y s e lect to return or replace the prod u c t o f t h e s a me model
without any charge;
2.Within 8-15 days after you have received the product, if LAFI bed lamp has
the performance faults which are listed in the “LAFI bed lamp Commodity
Performance Fault List”, after tested and confirmed by our After Service
Center, you may select to replace the product of the same model or require
repair service without any charge;
3.Within 12 months after you have received the product, if LAFI bed lamp has
the performance faults which are listed in the “LAFI bed lamp Commodity
Performance Fault List”, after tested and confirmed by our After Service
Center, the product enjoys free repair services.
Non-Warranty Terms
The product shall not enj o y “ T h r e e-Guarantee” services for the f o l l o w ings (including but not
limiting to):
1.Without “Three-Guarantee” voucher or valid invoice, or the product has
expired the “Three-Guarantee” services;
2.The product is not used, maintained and stored according to the User
Manual;
3.The product is damaged caused by fire, flood, lightning strike and force
majeure;
4.The model or code listed on the Warranty Voucher is not accordant with the
real product;
5.The normal decoloring, wear and consumption of the product are not covered
in the warranty service.

In order to get a better Internet experience, it is recommended to plug the
encoder and bed lamp to the wall plug or AC power directly, and avoid to use
the high power appliances such as blower, microwave oven and charger etc.
1.Make sure the encoder is properly connected with the LAN port of the router.
2.Make sure that your phone and notebook can access Internet normally when
connecting with the WiFi of router.

1.Make sure your phone or computer is connected with the WiFi of bed lamp and
has obtained the IP address.
2.Try to cut off supply and reboot the router and encoder, connect the bed lamp
and access “192.168.31.1” again.
Use a pin to hold down the Reset button of the bed lamp for over 8s to recover
the bed lamp to default settings. After resetting, your personal data will be
cleared since it will also be reset , please be cautious when using this function. If
it has recovered default settings, please configure according to the above steps.
It is not suggested because most factories and offices adopt 3-phase power
supply, it is difficult to keep the encoder and the LAFI bed lamp at the same phase,
the hotel has complicated power circuit, and it is difficult to keep the encoder and
the LAFI bed lamp under the same ammeter.
Impossible, the network signal only transmit under the same ammeter to provide
the safe, stable and fast network.
One encoder can be used for 6 LAFI bed lamp or BUFI bulb, which means you
only need to purchase one encoder for 6 LAFI bed lamps.

问:L AF I床头灯 能在 插线 板上 使用 吗？ 是否会 受其 它电 器信 号干 扰？
为了获得更好的上网体验，使用时，建议将编码器和床头灯连接至
墙插或者直接通市电，并尽量避开吹风机、微波炉、充电器等大功
率电 器。
问:LAFI床头灯指示灯常亮，但上不了网怎么办？
1.请确 保编 码器已 正确 连接 到路 由器LAN口。
2.请确 保手 机、笔 记本 等连 接到 路由 器的WiFi时，可以正常上网。
问:此产 品通 过电力 传输 ，邻 居家 的电 线是 否也能 通过 电线 接受 信号 ？
不会 ，该 产品不 能跨 电表 使用 的， 也就 是说， 网络 信号 只能 在同 一个
电表 下传 输,确保家 庭上 网安 全快 速.。
问:产品 是否 只能1配1使用 ？如 果家 庭有 多间 房子 存在WiFi覆 盖怎 么办 ？
1台编码器最多可搭配6台LAFI床头灯或者BU FI球 泡灯使 用的 ，也 就
是说 ，您 只需购 买1台编码器+6台L A F I床头 灯搭 配使 用 即可 。
问:手机 浏览 器访问192.168.31.1，无法进入Web管理界面，怎么办？
1.请确 保手 机连接 到床 头灯 的的W iF i，并 已获取 到I P地址。
2.尝试将路由器以及编码器断电重启，连接床头灯的WiF i重新 访问
“192.168.31.1”即 可。
问:如何 将LAFI床头灯恢复出厂设置？
用针状物按下床头灯的复位孔8秒以上，即可使床头灯恢复出厂设
置恢 复出 厂设置 后， 您设 置的 个人 数据 会丢失 ，个 人设 置的 数据 都会
恢复 为出 厂默认 数据 ，请 慎重 使用 ！若 已恢复 出厂 设置 ，请 重新 按
步骤 配置 。
问:L AF I床头灯 能否 在工 厂、 办公 室、 酒店等 环境 下使 用？
不建议使用，因为工厂和办公室大多使用三相电，难以确保编码器
和LAFI床头灯在同一相位，酒店线路较为复杂，难以确保编码器和
LAFI床头灯在同一电表下。
