If a defect arises and avalid claim is received within the WarrantyPeriod, at its option, Brookstone will either1) repair the defect at no charge, usingnew or refurbished replacement parts, or2) replace the product with a new product thatis at least functionally equivalent to the originalproduct, or 3) provide a store credit in theamount of the purchase price of the originalproduct.
