COWON will repair or replace products if they fail to function properly during the warranty period, subject to any conditions and/or limitations stated here in.Warranty CoverageCOWON warrants products and accessories against defects for a period of one year and three months respectively from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by COWON within the Warranty Period, at its option, COWON will repair or replace the product without charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
