Choose the Body & Fitness mode on your HiMirror.Reset Smart Body ScalePlug in the adaptor to reset your Smart Body Scale. During the reseting progress, the Smart Body Scale will blink twice three times.3. The light will turn on while starting to measure. The light will turn off when the measurement is completed.2. Stand barefoot in the middle of Conductive Mat and follow the instructions on your HiMirror.Power StatusWhen the battery is at or below 15% the Smart Bydy Scale light will blink 3 times. There will also be a warning on your HiMirror.Battery level at or near zero — no light.
