We canissue the Grant in the lower power to agree with your manual, or the manual
must be changed to agree with the higher power requested, and therefore,what the Grant would state.   The FCC reviews all data submitted from theTCBs once the Grant of Equipment of Authorization is issued, and they arevery particular that all test data and documentation backing that data beconsistent.
