00782 Instruction Manual Specification - The current indoor and outdoor are display on the main LCD readout - Temperature measurement range: Indoor main unit:32F – 122F (0C -50C) Wireless remote unit:0F – 122F (-20C – 50C) - Temperature resolution:0.1 degree - Transmission range: up to 100ft. in an open area INSTRUCTION MANUAL ATTENTION For the first installation, insert the batteries in the main unit and then the remote sensor. Battery installation Main unit Insert 2 fresh “AAA” alkaline batteries into the main unit. (Batteries not included) Remote sensor Insert 2 fresh “AAA” alkaline batteries into the main unit. (Batteries not included) Getting Started Indoor unit Insert the batteries into the main unit. It displays the indoor temperature. And the outdoor reading “- - -“ Remote sensor Insert the batteries into the remote sensor. The Indoor unit displays the outdoor temperature. reset Replace Batteries For remote sensor When the outdoor window display “- - -“continuously, maybe the remote sensor out of range or batteries low. Replace the fresh batteries into the Remote sensor and MUST be press the RESET button on the Indoor unit (receiver). When the Indoor unit (receiver) cannot display any reading, please replace the fresh batteries into the Main unit (receiver). Troubleshooting Using the Reset button on the Indoor unit (receiver) In some unusual occasions, the Indoor unit may be affected by electrical interference and respond abnormally. In such conditions, press the RESET button on the Indoor unit to resume normal operation. The Indoor unit will reset the display and display the indoor temperature. The outdoor window displays “- -“, and display the outdoor temperature within 1 minute. Using the Reset button on the remote sensor (sender) In some unusual occasions, the remote senor may be affected by electrical interference and respond abnormally. In such conditions, press the RESET button on the remote sensor to resume normal operation. Please put the Remote sensor (sender) close to the Indoor unit (receiver) or replace the fresh batteries. After press the Reset button or replace the batteries on the Remote sensor (sender), you MUST press the Reset button on the Main unit (receiver).
