Product Description
Hydra Tyre Mark Remover is a specialised heavy duty cleaner designed to remove particularly stubborn
rubber deposits such as tyre marks from floor surfaces.
The Benefits;

Directions
Hydra Tyre Mark Remover is supplied ready-to-use
Manual:
Sweep floor to remove debris. Apply product to the area to be cleaned with a spray, cloth or mop.
Leave for a few minutes and wipe off. If mark does not lift immediately, apply a little more product and
leave for 10 to 20 minutes. Clean floor area thoroughly with a solution of Hydra Tyre Mark Remover.
Note: on painted floors we recommend that a small trial is initially carried out in an inconspicuous area to
test for compatibility.
Floor Cleaning Machines:
Suitable for use only with hand operated floor cleaning machines: Always check with the machine
manufacturer for compatibility, always trial small area before proceeding.
Sweep floor to remove debris. Apply product to the area to be cleaned with a hand held spray or
back pack system. Leave for a few minutes. Attach red pads or stiff brushes to a combination
scrubber/dryer machine.
Charge with a 2% solution of Hydra Tyre Mark Remover. Make the first pass of the scrubber drier
machine without using the vacuum, giving the product additional contact time with the floor. On the
second pass, scrub floor and recover soiling as usual.
Health and Safety
Hydra-Clean FDG2 should not represent any health and safety issues when utilised in accordance with
the recommended instructions.

HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
LABEL INFORMATION: Classified as an irritant in
accordance with the Chemical (Hazards Information and
Packaging for Supply) Regulations 1994 and its
amendments.
SPECIFIC HAZARDS: This product will cause de-fatting
and some irritation to the skin and the eyes.
FIRST AID MEASURES
EYE CONTACT: Rinse immediately with water, seek
medical advice and if symptoms occur.
SKIN CONTACT: Rinse with water advisable after use.
INHALATION: Seek medical advise if symptom occur.
INGESTION: Rinse mouth with water, drink a copious
quantity of water if a large quantity has been ingested; do
not induce vomiting. Seek medical advise if symptoms
occur.
FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
None.
Not applicable as the product is water based and non
combustible.
ACCIDENTAL RELEASE
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS: Spillages may create
unusually slippery surfaces.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECUATIONS: Small spills may be
washed to drain. Large quantities should be contained and
disposed of in accordance with Local Authority Guidelines.
CLEAN UP METHODS: Small spills may be washed to
drain with large quantities of clean water. Large spills of
concentrated product should be contained, absorbed onto
dry sand or a similar material and placed in suitable in
suitable containers for disposal.
HANDLING & STORAGE
HANDLING: Handle in accordance with good industrial
practice, wearing personal protection equipment (safety
goggles and impervious gloves) are advised when working
with concentrated product.
STORAGE: Store upright in original container, away from
thoroughfares to avoid accidental damage. Keep away from
sources of heat or direct sunlight.
USAGE: Natural ventilation is required during use.
OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE LIMITS
EXPOSURE CONTROLS: No exposure limits have been
established for this product. Avoid contact with eyes, skin
or clothes.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: No personal respiratory
protection equipment normally required.
HAND PROTECTION: Impervious gloves recommended.
EYE PROTECTION: Safety goggles recommended
SKIN PROTECTION: Protective overalls and shoes/boots
recommended.
