What is XDXfi?

The XSTREAM® Valve is a multi-functional valve that changes the characteristics of the refrigerant flow
pattern through the evaporator. This valve can be installed close to the evaporator, adjacent to the rack,
or inside the condensing unit on any direct expansion cooling system and needs to be installed in conjunction with other required system components to allow for the desired system performance.

XSTREAM® is more energy efficient, reducing both kW and kWh

• Use of the XSTREAM® system decreases defrost cycles
• XSTREAM® maintains more consistent product temperatures, increasing shelf life of product

• Total system capacity is increased when using XSTREAM®

• XDX® is more efficient, saving 18-24% on power consumption.
• Use of the XDX® system typically decreases defrost cycles in the amount of 50%.
• XDX® maintains consistent product temperature while producing significantly less condensation.

• XDX improves compressor safety.

• Defrost reduction, like that experienced with XDX, reduces freezer burn and product separation

How does it work?

Refrigerant flow within the evaporator is more evenly distributed which results in:

• More Uniform frost formation

• Reduced defrost duration

• More Uniform airflow

• More uniform cabinet temperatures

• Improved oil return

• More consistent product conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

terms and conditions of sale

All sales are made subject to the following terms and conditions and National Refrigeration Company (“NRC”) objects to any different or additional terms or conditions contained in Buyer’s purchase order or any other document submitted by Buyer. NRC’s acceptance of any purchase
order is expressly made conditional on Buyer’s assent to these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are an integral part of the purchase order to which they are attached and any terms or conditions contained in a
purchase order which in any manner purport to alter, modify, change, suspend or add to any term of condition contained herein shall be deemed
excluded from such purchase order and waived by Buyer.

Buyer cannot modify, cancel or otherwise alter orders after goods are in process without NRC’s written consent. Any such cancellation, modification,
or alteration shall be subject to conditions as negotiated at such time, which shall include protection of NRC against loss.

Unless designated otherwise, goods are sold F.O.B. NRC’s factory, freight prepaid. Risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by Buyer and any
claims shall be made directly with carrier. Title to the goods shall not pass to Buyer until NRC has received payment in full therefore. Buyer authorizes NRC to such financing statements in respect of the goods as NRC deems appropriate to protect its interests therein.

Delivery dates are approximate. NRC shall not be responsible for delays in delivery or performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control,
including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of Buyer, strikes or other labor disturbances, inability to obtain fuel, material or parts, war, acts of terrorism, riot, delays in transportation, repairs to equipment, epidemics, floods, fires, accidents, or a contingency the non-occurrence of which was a
basic assumption on which the purchase order was made. Acceptance of goods upon delivery shall constitute a waiver by Buyer of any claim for
damages on account of delays in delivery or performance.

SUBJECT TO STANDARD MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS, NRC WARRANTS THAT THE PRODUCTS FURNISHED HEREUNDER SHALL MEET ONLY THOSE
SPECIFICATIONS SET FORTH ON THE FACE HEREOF. NRC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

No claim for damages for goods that do not conform to specifications will be allowed unless NRC is given immediate notice after delivery of goods
to the first destination to which they are shipped and allowed an opportunity to inspect them. Products for which damages are claimed shall not be
returned, repaired or discarded without NRC’s written consent. NRC shall have no liability whatsoever for equipment or component failures or other
damages or losses that arise as a result of improper installation or incorrect application of the goods. EXCEPT WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS OF THIRD
PARTIES FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO NRC’S REPLACING GOODS THAT DO NOT CONFORM TO SPECIFICATIONS, OR AT NRC’S OPTION, REFUNDING THE PURCHASE PRICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL NRC HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE GOODS SOLD
HEREUNDER, NOR SHALL NRC HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION LIMITING
REMEDIES TO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT, LIMITING LIABILITY AND EXCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE INDEPENDENT
PROVISIONS AND ANY DETERMINATION THAT ANY SUCH LIMITATION OF REMEDIES FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER DETERMINATION THAT ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PROVISIONS IS UNENFORCEABLE, SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED TO MAKE ANY OTHER PROVISION UNENFORCEABLE.

NRC shall have the right to credit toward the payment of any monies that may become due Buyer hereunder any amounts which may now or hereafter be owed to NRC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

NRC may, at its option, suspend performance if in its opinion the credit of Buyer becomes impaired until such time as NRC has received full payment
or satisfactory security for deliveries made and is satisfied as to Buyer’s credit for future deliveries. If Buyer fails to make payment in full or refuses
satisfactory security, then NRC shall have the right to enforce payment of the full purchase price for products already delivered or in process, and
may either cancel the unfinished portion of the order, or may proceed with the order, in which latter case, NRC shall be entitled to such extension of
time for performance as is necessitated by the suspension.

All taxes of any kind levied by any federal, state, municipal or other governmental authority which NRC is required to collect or pay with respect to
the production, sale or shipment of goods sold hereunder shall be the responsibility of Buyer. Buyer agrees to pay all such taxes and further agrees
to reimburse NRC for any such payments made by NRC.

10.

Checks or payments, whether full or partial, received from or for the account of Buyer, regardless of writings, legends or notations upon such checks
or payments, or regardless other writings, statements or documents, shall be applied by NRC against the amount owing by Buyer with full reservation of all NRC’s rights and without an accord and satisfaction of Buyer’s liability, unless agreed to by NRC in writing.

11.

In the event that Buyer fails to make payment of the purchase price or any portion thereof when due, NRC shall have the right to employ an attorney
to collect the balance due and Buyer agrees to pay all collections costs incurred by NRC, including its reasonable attorney fees.

12.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina. Buyer, acting for itself and its successors and assigns, hereby
expressly and irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of its state and federal courts for any litigation which may arise out of or be related
to this agreement. Buyer waives any objection based upon forum non conveniens or any objection to venue of any such action.

13.

The Purchase Order and these terms and conditions, together with any other documents incorporated herein
by reference, constitutes the sole and entire agreement between Buyer and NRC with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding completely
any oral or written communications unless the terms thereof are expressly incorporated herein. No waiver of any of these terms and conditions
shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized officer or employee of NRC.

14.

NATIONAL REFRIGERATION COMPANY
WARRANTY

NATIONAL REFRIGERATION COMPANY (NCR) WARRANTS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER:

FIRST-YEAR SERVICE LABOR WARRANTY (SELF-CONTAINED UNITS ONLY) - NCR provides a (1) One-year service warranty to the customer. As of the original date of installation NCR agrees to pay for related labor and
material for the purpose of repair or replacement of defective parts (as defined by the manufacturer).
FIVE-YEAR - NRC will replace the compressor only, with a compressor of like or similar design and capacity if
it is shown to the satisfaction of NCR that the compressor is inoperative due to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty applies only to the compressor and does not apply to any other part of the cabinet or
its finish, nor to any electrical component including the external control or relay for the compressor.
STANDARD WARRANTY AND FIVE-YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY DO NOT COVER:
Any labor costs involving the repair of replacement of the cabinet or parts, including the compressor, after
the one-year labor warranty period.
The cabinet and any of its parts, including the compressor, which have been subjected to accident, alteration
(e.g. drilling holes in the cabinet), abuse, misuse, low voltage operation, improper wiring, failure to clean the
condenser at regular intervals or damage by flood, fire, or acts of God, or which have not been otherwise
installed or operated in accordance with NCR's "Installation Instructions."
Loss or spoilage of food or any other contents of the cabinet.
GENERAL - The Standard Warranty shall apply only within the boundaries of the Continental United States
and Canada.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY ANY APPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OTHERWISE ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE. IN NO EVENT SHALL
NCR BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR E PENSE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RESULTING FROM THE USE
OF ITS PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOOD SPOILAGE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR CONTINGENT LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER.

Kelvinator was the first successful manufacturer of refrigerators, beginning in 1914, and is proud to

First suggested the use of a gas thermometer for accurate temperature readings. The Kelvin
Thermodynamic scale is based on the fact that a volume of gas gets smaller as temperature drops.
Absolute zero - 273º C was computed, and this absolute scale in centigrade is often called degrees
Kelvin.
Lord Kelvin’s famous reply “I’ve thought of a better way”, is carved in the cornerstone at Kelvinator
