Note: When the battery is low, the LED blinks red slowly. The speaker will have about 10 minutes of battery life left. Listening to music 1 Press the button on your speaker, then connect to your Bluetooth device. 2 Begin playback on your Bluetooth device. 3 Adjust the volume on your speaker by pressing the + or - buttons. Note: Use the controls on your Bluetooth device to control playback. Taking a call 1 Press the button briefly to accept an incoming call. The LED lights blue and fades in and out. OR Press and hold the button to reject an incoming call. The LED blinks red once. 2 Press the button during a call to end the call. The LED blinks red once. LED DESCRIPTION Fades blue in and out Currently connected to a call Blinks red once Call rejected or call ended TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM SOLUTION No power • Make sure that your speaker’s battery is charged. • Make sure that your speaker is turned on. No sound or low volume • Make sure that your Bluetooth device is turned on, Bluetooth is turned on, and “NS-CSPBT02” is selected. • Turn up the volume on your speaker. • Turn up the volume on your Bluetooth device. • Make sure that your Bluetooth device is not muted. • Make sure that your speaker is not paired to another Bluetooth device. • Make sure that your Bluetooth device is not paired to another Bluetooth device. Cannot establish Bluetooth • Make sure your speaker is in pairing mode. If a connection has not been made in 30 seconds, the connection speaker exits pairing mode. Press and hold the button to reenter pairing mode. • Shorten the distance between your speaker and your Bluetooth device. • Turn your devices off, then on. Re-pair your speaker and your Bluetooth device. • Make sure that your speaker is not paired to another Bluetooth device. • Make sure that your speaker and Bluetooth device are both in pairing mode. • Make sure that your Bluetooth device supports the Bluetooth v4.0 protocol and below. • Make sure that your Bluetooth device is not connected to any other device. • Make sure that you have selected “NS-CSPBT02” on your Bluetooth device. My Bluetooth device keeps unpairing • Shorten the distance between your speaker and your Bluetooth device. • If the battery on your Bluetooth device is low, recharge the battery. • If the battery on your speaker is low, recharge the battery. “NS-CSPBT02” does not appear on my Bluetooth device • Shorten the distance between your speaker and your Bluetooth device. • Put your speaker into pairing mode, then refresh your list of Bluetooth devices.
