Condeco User Manual for 4.3” Screen
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable
protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.

Equipments required:
1. A standard POE (48V) network connection.
2. A network cable.
Prepare to power up the 4.3” screen:
1. Prepare the POE network cable and fine the RJ45 network connector on the back
of the 4.3” scree.
2. Plug the network cable into the RJ45 connector to power the screen up.

3. Display comes up with Condeco logo. Screen powered up.
Book a desk with Condeco 4.3” screen
The following formats of RFID cards are fully compatible with Condeco 4.3” screen:
HID Prox, HID iClass, Mifare, Desfire.
1. Following with Condeco logo, the booking screen will comes up in 2-3 second.

2. On the touch screen, key in the desk ID then press the Save button.
3. After press Save, the desk ID will appear on the screen. Press Book Now to book
the desk.
4. Key in the security code or swipe the RFID card in front of the screen.

5. Desk has been booked. The person’s name will display on the screen until the time
is expired.
6. If you want to canecl the booking, press Release button. Then key in the security
code or swipe the RFID card in front of the screen. The booking will be cancel.
