The LED blinks red and blue and the headset enters pairing mode.2  Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within   33 ft. (10 m) of your headset.3  Turn on your Bluetooth device, turn on Bluetooth, then set your device to pairing mode. For more information, see the documentation that came with your Bluetooth device.4  On your Bluetooth device, select NS-CAHBTEB01. The LED lights blue and a tone sounds when your headset pairs to your Bluetooth device.Manually pairing your Bluetooth device1  Press and hold  (call) to enter pairing mode. The LED blinks red and blue.2  Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within   33 ft. (10 m) of your headset.3  Turn on your Bluetooth device, turn on Bluetooth, then set your device to pairing mode. For more information, see the documentation that came with your Bluetooth device.4  On your Bluetooth device, select NS-CAHBTEB01. See "Manually pairing your Bluetooth device" for instructions.4   Re-pair your secondary Bluetooth device to your Bluetooth headset. See "Manually pairing your Bluetooth device" for instructions. Re-pair your headset and Bluetooth device.•  Make sure that your headset and Bluetooth device are not paired to other devices.•  Make sure that your Bluetooth device supports the HSP, SFP, A2DP, or AVRCP Bluetooth protocol.•  Make sure that you have selected “NS-CAHBTEB01” on your Bluetooth device.•  Shorten the distance between your headset and your Bluetooth device.•  Recharge your headset and Bluetooth device's batteries.•  Shorten the distance between your headset and Bluetooth device.•  Put your headset into pairing mode, then refresh your list of Bluetooth devices.
