• DO NOT stand on this product. You may fall which may cause personal injury.

• When moving this product, do not pull it. Push the product to prevent personal injury.
• USE THE BRAKES when not moving this product. This will prevent the product from
rolling, which may cause personal injury or product damage.
• BE CAREFUL when opening more than one drawer. The product may become
unstable and tip, which may cause personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT mount this product on a truck bed or any other moving object. This may
cause personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT step in the drawers. You may fall which may cause personal injury.
• Appropriately secure this product before moving it with a forklift.
• DO NOT tow with power equipment. The product could tip, which may cause
personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT alter this product in any manner. For example, do not weld external
lockbars or attach electrical equipment. This may cause product damage or personal
injury.
• Keep the product on level surfaces. The product may become unstable and tip if
stored or moved on an un-level surface, which may cause personal injury or product
damage.
• BE CAREFUL when closing the cover. Remove hands before the cover closes
completely to prevent personal injury.
• Close the cover and lock the drawers before moving this product. The drawers could
come open and make the product unstable and tip, which may cause personal injury
or product damage.
• The maximum weight for each drawer should be no more than 25 pounds.
• The maximum product weight, including contents, cannot exceed 400 pounds.

CASTER

PARTS TRAY ASSEMBLY:
• The parts tray fits along the front edge of
the roll-away.
• The end pieces (2) attach to the center
piece with two hooks.
• The end pieces have a small slot on one
end to help keep the trays in place.
• Also, the center piece has lids that snap
over the two end pieces as welt.
• There is one small tote tray, which is
removable.

INSTALLATION:

Note: Use adequate manpower for this
operation.
• Remove the bottom drawer. See
Operation section: Removing and
Installing Drawers.
• Place the unit on its top. Use the
packaging material to protect the units
finish.
• Attach casters using (4) screws and (4)
nuts per caster. Attach both swivel
casters on the same side of the unit as
the handle.

PARTS BINS:
• The bottom drawer of the chest has five
parts bins.
• The parts bins tilt in several different
positions for easy access to contents.
• The parts bins are removable and may
hang on the side of the chest or pulled
out drawer.

• For casters, use high quality bearing
grease, (yearly).
• Lubricate the slides, (twice yearly).
• Periodically the drawer fronts, drawer
trim, and other surfaces should be
cleaned with a mild detergent and water.
• Auto wax wilt preserve the storage unit's
luster finish. Apply the wax as to a car.
The wax wilt also help protect the unit
against scratches.
• Grease and oil can be removed with
most standard cleaning fluids. For
safety, use a nonflammable cleaning
fluid.

CHEST ONTO ROLL-AWAY:
• Carefully place the chest onto the rollaway.
• Set the chest onto the riser blocks and
the back side of the parts tray.
• The chest does not bolt to the roll-away.

• Wrench tighten.
BLOCKS:
• Place the riser blocks in the back corners
of the roll-away.
• Each riser block is labeled with "R" or "L"
for right or left side attachment.
• Be sure to place the hooked edge to the
outside of the roll-away as shown.

AND INSTALLING
DRAWERS:
• Fully extend the drawer. Push it back
1/4".
• Insert a screwdriver into the slot in the
slide and depress the stop until it clears
the lance.
• Repeat the procedure on the other slide.
Remove the drawer.

• To reinstall the drawer, pry the stop far
enough out to engage the lance (3/16" to
1/4") and push the drawer onto the slides
until the stops pass over the lances.

ASAMBLEA

INSTALACION

DE LAS

RUEDAS:

• Coloque las ruedas utilizando 4 tornillos y 4
tuercas por rueda. Coloque las dos ruedas
giratorias en el mismo lado de la unidad en
que se encuentra la barra.

DE LAS PIEZAS:

•

• Los ajustes de la bandeja de las piezas a Io
largo del borde delantero del ruedan -lejos.
• La fijaci6n de los pedazos de extremo (2) al
pedazo de centro con dos ganchos.
• Los pedazos de extremo tienen una ranura
pequefia en un extremo a ayudar a
mantener las bandejas lugar.
• Tambien, el pedazo de centro tiene tapas
que se encajen a presi6n concluido los dos
pedazos de extremo tambien.
• Hay una bandeja pequefia del totalizador
que es movible.

Nota: Utilice una toma de corriente adecuada
para esta operaci6n.
• Quite el caj6n inferior. Consulte la secci6n
de Operaci6n: Quitar e instalar cajones.
• Coloque la unidad sobre su parte superior.
Utilice el material de embalaje para proteger
el acabado de la unidad.

COMPARTIMIENTOS

Bandeja

El caj6n inferior del pecho tiene
compartimientos de cinco porciones.
• Los compartimientos de las piezas inclinan
en varias diversas posiciones para el
acceso facil al contenido.
•

• Para las ruedecillas, use grasa de alta
calidad para cojinetes, (una vez al afio).
• Lubrique las correderas, (dos veces al afio).
• Peri6dicamente se deben limpiar los frentes
y las molduras de las gavetas,
y otras superficies, con un detergente suave
y agua.
• La cera para autos preservara el acabado
lustroso de las unidades de almacenaje.
Aplique cera como a un auto. Esta tambien
ayudara a proteger la unidad contra
arafiazos.

Los compartimientos de las piezas son
movibles y pueden colgar en la cara del
pecho o del caj6n sacado.

• La grasa y el aceite se pueden eliminar con
la mayoria de liquidos normales de
limpieza. Por seguridad, utilice un liquido de
limpieza no inflamable.

DE LA CANALIZACION

VERTICAL:
PECHO

•

Ponga los bloques de la canalizaci6n
vertical en las esquinas posteriores del
ruedan -lejos.
• Cada bloque de la canalizaci6n vertical se
etiqueta con el R. o el L. para la conexi6n
del izquierdo derecho o.
• Sea seguro poner el borde enganchado al
exterior del ruedan -lejos segen Io
mostrado.

SOBRE

ROLL-AWAY:

• Coloque cuidadosamente el pecho sobre
ruedan -lejos.
• Fije el pecho sobre los bloques de la
canalizaci6n vertical y la cara posterior de la
bandeja de las piezas.
• El pecho no se emperna a rueda -lejos.

QUITAR E INSTALAR
CAJONES:
• Saque el caj6n por completo. Echelo hacia
atras % de pulgada.
• Inserte un destornillador en la ranura de la
guia y apriete el tope hasta que libre la
lanza.
•

Repita el procedimiento
Quite el caj6n.

para la otra guia.

Para volver a colocar el caj6n, saque el
tope Io suficiente para enganchar la lanza
(entre 3/16 y % de pulgada) y presione el
caj6n sobre las guias hasta que el tope
pase sobre las lanzas.
