The Creative T15 Wireless cannot be powered ON. What should I do?
● Ensure the connection of the power adapter to the AC cord is firmly attached and connected to the speaker with the
mains ON.
● Ensure that the Power/Volume Switch knob is in the On position by turning in the clockwise direction. When the unit is
turned on, there will be light in the LED Status Indicator.

There’s no Bluetooth link between my device and the Creative T15 wireless. What should I do?
Ensure that your Bluetooth enabled device supports A2DP profile. refer to its user’s manual on how to enable (turn on)
the Bluetooth functions and capabilities.
You may try the following:
● Delete the Creative T15 Wireless name entry from your Bluetooth device paired memory list and perform the steps in
Section 2 (Enjoy audio from Bluetooth devices) to re-pair your device with Creative T15 Wireless.
● Position them within 1 meter or closer to each other if you are experience pairing difficulties
● Ensure that both your Bluetooth device and Creative T15 Wireless are not connected to any other devices
● On some Bluetooth device, you may need to select Creative T15 Wireless as your default output device after pairing
is complete**
Bluetooth link is established and paired between the devices but there’s no music.
What should I do?
**With some built-in Bluetooth enable computers, 3rd party USB Bluetooth dongles or other devices, you may be
required to manually specify/ setup the audio output as Creative T15 Wireless, e.g., (under sound and audio devices
section on your computer’s operating system) Please consult your manufacturer’s documentation for further
information.
