FeaturesHigh quality0Equipped with a high-quality class D amplifierThe amplifier section incorporates Qualcomm® DDFATM technologyfrom Qualcomm. The output stage circuit has a discrete constructionwhich realizes higher S/N and lower distortion compared toconventional class D amplifiers. Additionally, the high 50 W+50 W (4 Ω/ohms) output which exceeds the size of the housing lets you enjoyDenon’s ideal audio playback environment that delivers “delicate yetpowerful sound”..Qualcomm DDFA is a product of Qualcomm Technologies International, Ltd. Qualcomm isa trademark of Qualcomm Incorporated, registered in the United States and other countries, used with permission. DDFA is a trademark of Qualcomm Technologies International, Ltd.,registered in the United States and other countries, used with permission.0High Bitrate and High Sampling with Advanced AL32 ProcessingPlusA high bitrate and high sampling has been achieved with Denon'sunique data interpolation algorithm. 16 bit audio signals are convertedto a high bitrate of 32 bit and 44.1 kHz sampling signals are up-sampledby 16x to achieve smoother recreation of sound waves. Datainterpolation is also used, predicting interpolation points from a largenumber of surrounding points to provide audio as close as possible tothe original sound. This elaborate restoration of data lost during digitalrecording achieves fine, distortion-free rendering, accurate soundlocalizing, rich bass and recreation that is faithful to the original sound.Contents Connections Playback Settings Tips Appendix5Front panel Display Rear panel Remote Index

Explanation of termsBluetoothTechnology for near field wireless communications. This unit can connectto Bluetooth devices wirelessly. To establish a Bluetooth connection, youmust perform pairing (registering) beforehand.DSD (Direct-Stream Digital)One of the audio data recording methods, it is the signal aspect used tostore audio signals on a super audio CD, and is Δ-Σ modulated digitalaudio.NFC (Near Field Communication)Technology for near field wireless communications. You can just touchthis unit with a device with the NFC function to establish a connectionbetween this unit and the device.Sampling frequencySampling involves taking a reading of a sound wave (analog signal) atregular intervals and expressing the height of the wave at each reading indigitized format (producing a digital signal). The number of readings taken in one second is called the “samplingfrequency”. The larger the value, the closer the reproduced sound is to theoriginal.PairingPairing (registration) is an operation that is required in order to connect aBluetooth device to this unit using Bluetooth. When paired, the devicesauthenticate each other and can connect without mistaken connectionsoccurring. When using Bluetooth connection for the first time, you need to pair thisunit and the Bluetooth device to be connected. This unit can store pairing information for a maximum of 8 devices.Protection circuitThis is a function to prevent damage to devices within the power supplywhen an abnormality such as an overload, excess voltage occurs or overtemperature for any reason.Linear PCMUncompressed PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) signals. Unlike lossycompression audio sources such as MP3, no audio quality or dynamicrange deteriorates.Contents Connections Playback Settings Tips Appendix64Front panel Display Rear panel Remote Index
