INSTALLATION
A- End Plug Connector
B- Adapter
C- Prong Plug
AC Outlet
1. Connect 1st String Light set to be controlled by dimmer to End Plug (A)
2. Connect additional string lights to 1st string light.
3. Plug in Prong Plug – C to power outlet.
4. Turn on or Dim Lights accordingly.

WARNING-RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Disconnect power at source prior to connecting
cord set, lamping (installing light bulbs into sockets), re-lamping or servicing in any way.
ABOUT THE CORD SET
This dimming kit is an accessory to Honeywell filament string light and does not function
unless used in conjunction with ST1XXA2X4XXX filament string light products.
When using the dimming kit, be sure to follow the maximum run lengths as follows:
ST124A2X4XXX 22 string lights 200W
ST112A2X4XXX 44 string lights 200W
ST136A2X4XXX 22 string lights 200W
ST124A2X4X85 50 string lights 200W
ST148A2X4X85 26 string lights 200W
WARNING-RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!! For outdoor string lights, do NOT connect cord
set to light strings during rain or other inclement weather conditions. Connect Dimming
Kit to string lights only during dry and calm weather conditions.
WARNING-RISK OF FIRE!! DO NOT OVERLOAD SOCKETS OR LIGHT STRING!!
DO NOT exceed the maximum. number of connected strings or total feet(and sockets)
listed in the table below.
WARNING-RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!! Do not operate light string with any open
sockets. Make sure each socket has a bulb securely fastened before connecting to a
power source.
Products should be installed in accordance with these instructions, current electrical
codes, and/or the current National Electric Code (NEC). Use this product only with its
attached plug-in power cord. Any other power cord or feed may damage the fixture.

WARNING: The dimming kit operates with 120V AC power only. Do not use with
any other power supply type. Use only with Honeywell filament string lights
ST1XXA2X4XXX to retain product warranty.

this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.

NOTES: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a
Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference
to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.
If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which

USING THE REMOTE CONTROL:
The radio frequency handheld remote is battery operated (one A23 battery, included).
This remote operates within 88.5ft (27m) of the dimming kit. Do not install dimming
kit with string light more than 88.5ft (27m) away from the intended location of
remote control use.
INSTALL BATTERY
REMOTE CONTROL OPERATING
WARNING:
Do not dispose batteries in municipal waste stream or by fire as
batteries may explode. Do not open, short circuit, or mutilate batteries. Dispose of
batteries in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations. Do not mix old
and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable
(nickel cadmium or nickel hydride) batteries with lithium batteries.

- Remove the battery cover.
- Place a A23 battery into the battery compartment aligning
polarity (+)(-) as indicated
- Return battery cover.
Note: When using the remote control for the first time, check
that the battery is in place.
