Hereby the Grantee assures that the following caution statement as required per CFR 47, §15.21 will
be included in a prominent location of the owner’s manual of the trucks:
The title “CAUTION TO USERS” or “FCC WARNING” or “NOTE” or any similar title following
“Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.”
