MiniMax II Manual Preliminary version Display 32 characters (2x16) FDX-B Transponde Start read button How to operate the MiniMax II : Push the start read button once The display indicates : MiniMax II ready A00 Software version Point the top of the MiniMax II close to the transponder Push the start read button once The display indicates : *reading* If a Transponder is present The display indicates : Alpha country code according to ISO3166, ISO11784/5 Country : CHE 276098101420465 If a Transponder is not read The display indicates : Id code number according to ISO11784/5 Tag not found ready If the MiniMax is left at power on and not used for more than 90 sec. It will beep and indicate a battery sign on the display. When the battery voltage is less than 7 Volts the reader after 3 seconds turn off. If the display indicates: Battery low Replace the battery with a 9 Volts block battery Alkaline or Lithium. Another type of battery will not function properly.
