TheVCB601‐ZB01isaZigbeedatacollectormodulewhichcancollectdatafromother

devicesWithTTLserialportandthensendoutdatathroughZigbee.Thisdeviceisbuiltin

SiliconLABEFR32MG1B232F256GM48whichisahighlyintegratedsingle‐chiplowpower

WirelessonChipcontroller.TheEFR32MG1B232F256GM48combinesanARM‐Cortex

M4withDSPinstruction,MCUand2.4GRFinasinglechip.ItprovidesUARTinterface.It

alsoprovidesabunchofconfigurableGPIOswhichareconfiguredasdigitalperipheralsfor

differentapplicationsandcontrols.



FederalCommunicationCommissionInterferenceStatement

ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:

(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevicemustacceptanyinterference

received,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesiredoperation.



ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice,

pursuanttoPart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonableprotection

againstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates,usesandcan

radiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,may

causeharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunications.However,thereisnoguaranteethat

interferencewillnotoccurinaparticularinstallation.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmful

interferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoff

andon,theuserisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneofthefollowingmeasures:



‐ Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.

‐ Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.

‐ Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthat

Thistransmittermustnotbeco‐locatedoroperatinginconjunctionwithanyotherantennaor

ThisequipmentcomplieswithFCCradiationexposurelimitssetforthforanuncontrolledenvironment.

Thisequipmentshouldbeinstalledandoperatedwithminimumdistance20cmbetweentheradiator&

yourbody.



ThisdeviceisintendedonlyforOEMintegratorsunderthefollowingconditions:

1) Theantennamustbeinstalledsuchthat20cmismaintainedbetweentheantennaand

users,and

2) Thetransmittermodulemaynotbeco‐locatedwithanyothertransmitterorantenna.



Aslongas2conditionsabovearemet,furthertransmittertestwillnotberequired.However,

theOEMintegratorisstillresponsiblefortestingtheirend‐productforanyadditional

compliancerequirementsrequiredwiththismoduleinstalled



IMPORTANTNOTE:Intheeventthattheseconditionscannotbemet(forexamplecertain

laptopconfigurationsorco‐locationwithanothertransmitter),thentheFCCauthorizationisno

longerconsideredvalidandtheFCCIDcannotbeusedonthefinalproduct.Inthesecircumstances,

theOEMintegratorwillberesponsibleforre‐evaluatingtheendproduct(includingthetransmitter)

andobtainingaseparateFCCauthorization.

EndProductLabeling

Thistransmittermoduleisauthorizedonlyforuseindevicewheretheantennamaybeinstalledsuch

that20cmmaybemaintainedbetweentheantennaandusers.Thefinalendproductmustbelabeled

inavisibleareawiththefollowing:“ContainsFCCID:2AMVP‐VCB601”.Thegrantee'sFCCIDcanbe

usedonlywhenallFCCcompliancerequirementsaremet.



TheOEMintegratorhastobeawarenottoprovideinformationtotheenduserregardinghowto

installorremovethisRFmoduleintheuser’smanualoftheendproductwhichintegratesthismodule.
