User’s manual Product: Bluetooth Board Model: DWBT009 FCC ID: PZWDWBT009 IC: 1551C-DWBT009 This module is for Bluetooth Adapter (BA11-RKU) of DENSO WAVE integration only – device cannot be sold to general public. Therefore we will not supply the User’s manual, the installation manual is the official for us. (Note) This module was granted as FCC/IC Limited Modular Approval. This module is limited to Bluetooth Adapter where is tested. Additional host systems must be required reassessment of Radiation and Class 2 permissive change will be required depending on the difference of radio characteristic. The antenna of this device must not be co-located or used in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Only those antennas tested with the device or similar antennas with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. We indicate the following label on the product and contain in the User’s manual with Notices required by FCC/ IC. This equipment has very low levels of RF energy that it deemed to comply without maximum permissive exposure evaluation (MPE). But it is desirable that it should be installed and operated keeping the radiator at least 20cm or more away from person’s body (excluding extremities: hands, wrists, feet and ankles).
