In order to o put the hand-held remote into ope eration, a radio comm munication link to the t OKIMAT IPS must first be estab blished. Proce eed as follows to establish commun nications: • Press the rese et/pairing button n (3) on OKIMAT IPS two times briefly in succession. The pairing LED then switches on n. The OKIMAT IPS will now be in teac ch-in mode for abo out 15 seconds. • Press and holld the pairing bu utton (19): in the e battery compartment of the handset. The T pairing LED on o the handset sttarts to flash. The e pairing LEDs on the e handset and the drive then go out. The teach-in (configuring) mode is completed d. Locking or enabling the RF339 hand d-held remote co ontrol Press and hold button 3 for about three seconds: this willl either enable or lock the hand-held remote contrrol. Using g the flashlight on o the RF339 ha and-held remote e control The flashlight can be tu urned on by pressing and holding button 2. TION! Do not look k directly into the light beam and do o not shine the fla ashlight CAUT directly into o other people's ey yes. Adjus sting the intensity of the massa age To turrn the massage fu unction (head and foot end) on or offf, press button 17 on the RF F339 hand-held re emote control. If the massage function n is turned off, it ca an be activated by y pressing button n 13 (+), 15 5 (+) or 14 (WAVE E). If the massage function n is turned on, it ca an be deactivated d, starting from the lowest intensity, by pres ssing button 16 (-) ( or 18 (-). The massage intensity is changed throug gh 3 steps each tiime one of the bu uttons 13, 15 5, 16 or 18 is pres ssed. Press the WAVE butto on 14 to switch be etween the three in nterval levels. This is then indicated by the LE EDs above the WAVE button. The massage programs s end automaticallly after 30 minute es. 3/6 Quiick Reference Guide to OKIMAT IPS / OM M339 Perrform a referenc ce drive The OKIMAT IPS hass a positional feed dback feature. A rreferencing movem ment must first be carried out be efore this feature can c function prope erly. Press and ho old the rese et/pairing button n (3) on the OKIMA AT IPS until the e end position has been reacched. The system is now re eady for operation. Sav ving the memory y positions You u can save three d different memory positions on the b buttons "ZGRAV / TV and CUS ST" as follows: • Move to the de esired position us sing buttons 4, 6, 7 or 9. • Press and ho old button 1 (SET) for one secon nd; the massage function is activated and the pairing LED turns on for appro oximately one seccond. • Within three s seconds, press bu utton 10 (ZGRAV V), button 11 (TV V) or button 12 (CUST) in order to save the e position. The m massage function and pairing LED go on for approximately on ne second. • The desired p position is now sa aved on buttons 10, 11 or 12 (ZGRAV, TV or CUST). • You can overw write the saved memory position a at any time by rep peating this process. Synchronizing two OKIMAT IPS S systems CAUTION! Only connect the electrical components when the power supply is swiitched off. When two OKIMA AT IPS systems arre being used together, you can co onnect them using a sync chronous cable be etween the multi-ffunction ports. • Press the reset/pairing buttton 3 on the OKIMAT IPS to move e both of the OKIMA AT IPS systems to their end po ositions (the low wer limit positions fo or the drives). • Disconnec ct the power plug on both OKIMA AT IPS systems frrom the power sock ket. • Connect both OKIMAT IPS S systems by con nnecting the app propriate synchronous cable into the multi-function ports. e power • Insert the power plug on both OKIMAT IPS systems into the nchronous operatio ons are possible as soon as both systems outlet. Syn are connec cted to the power supply. • Both progrrammed remote controls can be us sed to move the OKIMAT IPS system ms. Swiitching to autom matic movementts and factory se ettings The buttons ZGRAV V, TV, CUST and FLAT can be use ed for various save ed posiitions. Press the rrespective button briefly (press and release) to move e to that posiition. The button d does not need to be b held down. Procceed as follows to o establish commu unications: Activate • Press buttons s 16 and 18 forr about five seconds at the same e time. The massage funcction and the pairin ng LED go on for approximately on ne second. • Briefly press button 10 (ZGRA AV), button 11 ((TV), button 12 (CUST) or button 8 (FLA AT); the drives the en move automaticcally to the desire ed position. Deactivate (facto ory default) • Press buttons s 1 (SET) and 8 (FLAT) for abou ut five seconds at the same time.
