Troubleshooting
I’m only hearing one channel/voices and bass are missing/audio is distorted. The adapter probably isn’t plugged in all the way. Try taking
the adapter out & firmly pressing it into the headphones. You should feel a satisfying click. Make sure the headphone jack is free of lint and debris.
I’m not getting any audio. Make sure the volume is all the way up on the adapter by pressing + until you hear two beeps. Then, increase volume
on your device. Also, try unplugging and re-plugging the adapter.
The adapter isn’t showing up on my device. Make sure the device’s Bluetooth drivers are up-to-date and the Bluetooth option is on. Any
properly configured Bluetooth device will work with your adapter - there are no special drivers.
My third-party microphone isn’t working with my Pro. The configuration is standard, but we can only 100% guarantee it will work with the BAL
Boom Mic Pro. Please contact the manufacturer of your microphone.
