Please submit your bid on the attached revised bid sheets. The bid sheets have been revised as follows:

• Item Nos. 6-8 of the original bid sheets have been deleted.

• Item No. 8 description has been revised.

• Items Nos. 10-41 have been added to the revised bid sheets.

Due to the changes listed above the open/close date has been extended as indicated below.

BIDS (one (1) original and one (1) copy) SHALL BE RECEIVED at the Purchasing Bid Center, 2000 North Twenty-

third Street, McAllen, Texas, NO LATER THAN: 3:00:00 PM local time, Wednesday Monday, December 9 14,

2009. Bids received after this deadline shall be considered void and unacceptable and will be returned upon written

request at bidder’s expense. McAllen I.S.D. will not be responsible for mis-sent or misplaced bids. Unsigned bids shall
