compliance with the standard, authorization term or commitment, variance, or waiver. Dv (Deviation) represents substantial but not full compliance. NC (Non-compliant): A standard, authorization term or
commitment, variance, or waiver that does not meet the requirement. The Assessment Team must indicate a number in the “#” column and provide a brief summary of how the camp is not fully meeting the
standard using the continuation page 4 of the score sheet.
