Model Setting of Remote Control

1. Gently pull side cover of remote control down past the reset button to

expose the battery compartment. Install 2 AAA batteries as per polar

indicated on battery cabin.

2. Find the model code from Model Code List. If there are more than one

numbers for one brand , you will have to try each one until you find the correct

code. e.g., for SANYO, try model codes 035 to 039 starting with 35.

3. Press the SET keyhole gently with the end of a bent paper clip, MODEL code

on LCD will flash, then press the + CODE SEL key to your selected code

number. You can hold the key down for faster access. Once you desired

number appears press the ENTER key, the MODEL code stops flashing. Aim

the remote at the air conditioner by pressing ON/OFF key. If the AC turns on

your remote is ready to use. If not, try the next number.

Remote Control Auto Search

If you do not know model of air conditioner and/or remote control or you

cannot find required model from Model Code List , please operate as per the

following steps:

1. Press the SET keyhole gently with the end of a bent paper clip, model code on

LCD will flash. Aim the remote control at air conditioner. Press the AUTO

search key once, model code adds 1 automatically and emit corresponding

ON/OFF signal. Press and release until air conditioner receives signal and

produces buzzer sound. Then press ENTER key.

2. After turning on the air conditioner, try other function key .If they do not work,

repeat above steps until it is correct.

Attention

1. You will have to set the model number again if you remove the batteries.

Therefore check the code on the remote for quick and easy change over and

code setting. If it is not used for a long time, remove the battery to

prevent possible battery leakage. When the LCD looks dim, change the

batteries (do not mix new and old batteries)

2. If abnormal situation appears because of incorrect use, please put pen tip

or other thin item into “Reset” hole. Press it to restore to origianal factory

settings. It is necessary to set model code again.

3. The manufacturer keeps the right to change the parameter and function of

the product.
