The past autumn Fermax inaugurated the mural painting

implemented during the month of August by seven artists dedicated
to the Street Art. The idea of bringing out art by transforming the streets
into outdoor museums is always in the mind of the muralists. The core
idea of our corporation is to contribute to social transformation making
connections easier and allowing effective communication. The result of this
particular initiative is a unique and innovative piece of urban art.
To develop this mural painting, the artists have studied the values
that drive us, lived reality that breathes within Fermax. Soon afterwards they
have translated these ideas outdoors using its particular aesthetics, its innovative
language.

The combination of frames and modules depends

GENERAL
These general conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by
FERMAX UK Ltd. for the sale of goods and shall extend to any goods
supplied in substitution or in addition to the contract goods.
No terms, conditions or reservations stipulated by the Buyer and no
course of dealing shall annul, vary or add to any of these Conditions
except in so far as expressly consented to by FERMAX UK in writing.
DELIVERY
1. In the absence of any agreement to the contrary, the place of
delivery shall be that of the Buyers premises and the risk in the goods
shall pass to the Buyer on receipt of delivery.
2. Orders below £200 net will be subject to a carriage charge of £10.50.
3. FERMAX UK will, if the goods are damaged or lost in transit, at
FERMAX UKs option, replace the damaged or lost goods free of
the Buyer within 7 days in the case of damage or loss.
4. Every endeavour will be made by the Company to adhere to the
delivery dates quoted, but such dates are only estimated and are not
guaranteed neither shall they be a term of condition between the
Buyer an the Company.
5. The Buyer shall be responsible for arranging insurance on goods
collected by their own carriers.
6. Delay in delivery shall by no means entitle the Buyer to cancel the
order or thereby render FERMAX UK liable to the Buyer for any loss or
expense arising from the delay unless otherwise agreed in writing.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
The goods shall remain the property of FERMAX UK until paid for in full
by the Buyer.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of any order or goods or any part of an order will not be
valid after the Buyer has placed the order unless the cancellation is
accepted by FERMAX UK in writing.
RETURNS
A detailed copy of our returns policy is available on request. In
general; Material returns are not accepted, except for reasons directly
attributable to FERMAX UK. Goods intended for return must obtain a
returns number from FERMAX UK prior to their dispatch; the ‘dispatcher’
shall ensure where reasonably practical, that the product(s) are
complete and in their original packaging.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
FERMAX guarantees its products against any manufacturing defects
for a period of 2 years from the date of our original invoice. Products
found to be defective due to incorrect handling or installation are
excluded from warranty.
PAYMENT
1. Credit customers must settle accounts within 30 days nett of invoice
2. There is a minimum charge of £10 made on each occasion any
cheque rendered for payment is refused and requires representation.
3. FERMAX UK may charge interest on overdue accounts at Banco
Sabadell S.A base rate plus 3% per annum from the due date for

Where the situation arises that the value of an order exceeds the
funding limit of an account, alternative methods of payment for the
excess amount will be requested.
LIMITATION ON COMPANY’S LIABILITY
FERMAX UK will pass guarantees as extended by the manufacturer or
manufacturers agent to the Buyer. FERMAX UK will not be responsible
for any guarantee excess of these. Technical information or
performance is supplied in good faith but the onus falls fully on the
Buyer to determine that the equipment is usable for the application in
question, and will work in conjunction with existing equipment.
JURISDICTION
Any contract entered into by FERMAX UK shall be governed and
constructed under English Law and the Buyer shall submit to the
jurisdiction of the English Court. Otherwise agreed in writing.
