From Rte 897 (Springville Rd): Sandmine Rd is directly off Rte 897; the Welsh Mt Park is at top
of hill, about ½ mile off Rte 897.
From Rte 23: Take Ranck Rd at intersection with Rte 23 (Turner Buick at corner). Stay on Ranck
Rd approximately 2 miles; make right onto Sandmine Rd near top of hill. Signs will be staged!
