SBCC DECLARED DISTRICT STANDARDS 05/22/2014 SANTA BARBARA CITY COLLEGE DECLARED DISTRICT STANDARDS The following lists of items are the Declared District Standards and have been reviewed by the Board of Trustees and are declared as District Standard Materials. Items declared as District Standards shall be used without exception and no substitutions shall be allowed.
