SE Bikes Warranty Policy SE Bikes 保固政策 Advanced Sports Inc. provides the original retail purchaser of each new SE the following warranty against defects in materials and workmanship: Advanced Sports Inc.提供每台新 SE 脚踏车的原始零售购买人下列材料与作工瑕疵的保固： Rigid frames 硬式架构 5 years 5年 Rigid forks 硬式前叉 5 years 5年 Full‐suspension frames 全避震架构 5 years 5年 Suspension fork 避震前叉 1 year or manufacturer’s warranty 1 年或制造商保固 Suspension parts (shock/pivots) 避震组件（撞击／枢轴） 1 year or manufacturer’s warranty 1 年或制造商保固 Paint Finish 漆料 1 year 1年 Components 零件 1 year or manufacturer’s warranty 1 年或制造商保固 Electric bicycle components 电子脚踏车零件 1 year or manufacturer’s warranty 1 年或制造商保固 This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacements of a defective frame, fork, or part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferrable. Claims under this warranty must be made through an authorized SE dealer. Proof of purchase is required and warranty registration must be completed at http://www.advancedsports.com/register/, or a warranty registration card must be received by SE Bikes /Advanced Sports Inc. before a claim can be processed. Warranty remedies are subject to depreciation based on age and use of the bicycle 本项保固明确限于瑕疵结构、前叉或零件的修复或更换，属保固的唯一救济。本项保固仅 适用于原始所有人，不得转让。依照本项保固提出请求，必须透过 SE 授权经销商。购买 证明与保固必须在 http://www.advancedsports.com/register/网站上注册，或 SE Bikes /Advanced Sports Inc.必须收到保固注册卡，才能处理。保固救济依照脚踏车的年龄与使用 递减。 Voids and Exclusions 失效与除外 Wear and tear items 耗损项目 Paint, decals, tires, tubes, chains etc. 油漆、商标、轮胎、管子、链子等 Climatic conditions 气候状况 Damage due to climatic conditions such as but not limited to rain, sun, excessive heat, and exposure to salt air are not covered under the warranty policy 因气候状况导致的损害，例如但不限于雨、 阳光、过热及接触带盐空气，不在保固范围 内 Improper assembly or follow‐up maintenance 不当组装或后续维护 Failure to properly assemble, failure to perform regular maintenance, and the installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold voids the warranty 未适当组装，未进行定期维护，及安装不符 合原始目的或与所销售脚踏车不兼容的零件 或组件，将导致保固失效 Accident and neglect 意外与疏失 Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, or neglect and modification of the frame, fork, or components voids the warranty 因意外、不当使用或疏失，以及对架构、前 叉或组件之修改所造成之损害，将导致保固 失效。 Racing and competition 竞赛与比赛 Damage associated with racing or competition voids the warranty 关于竞赛或比赛的损害，将导致保固失效。 Abuse 滥用 Use for stunts or lack of the technical skill of the user voids the warranty 使用特技或使用者欠缺技术能力，将导致保 固失效。 Labor charges 人工费用 Labor charges for the replacement or changeover of parts are the responsibility of the consumer 替换或变更零件的人工费用，属客户之责任 Commercial use (rentals, fleet, security, etc.) 商业使用（租金、车队、安全等） 2‐year limited frame, 6 months components 架构 2 年，组件 6 个月 Government use (police, military, etc.) 政府使用（警察、军队等） 5‐year limited frame, 6 months components 架构 5 年，零件 6 个月 Liability Limitation 责任限制 SE Bikes/Advanced Sports Inc. shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic loss. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply. Warranty duration and detail may differ by frame type and/or by country. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
