Add students manually (Remove, Edit) Generate Global Password or choose a specific student and change their password. [ Password Code ] 4D = 4 Digit Password 6D = 6 Digit Password 4P = 4 Alphanumeric Password 6P = 6 Alphanumeric Password Add partylist (Remove, Edit) Upload photo to the candidates for the students easier to know what there are voting. The session switch controls the voting status to Off and On, if the session is off the students cannot login and vote and vice versa. Shows you the active students during the sessions Force logout the student if something went wrong. NETWORK SETUP This app uses local hosting and use MySQL Database for storing the data. The Client pc (student) and Admin pc should be connected to the same network or connection. SOFTWARE SETUP software needed to run the SSG SPG E-Voting System (Google Chrome Portable is included in your folder) 1.) XAMMP Control Panel (https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html) download the right bit for your pc. This will act as a local database for the SSG SPG E-Voting System 2.) Google Chrome Portable (https://www.google.com/chrome/) internet required (included in app folder) UI Admin User Manual Login Form This form requiring your own username as an admin and your password. Realtime Election Result After Logging In, you will be able to see the Realtime election result. By clicking the link (print result) from the Realtime election result, you are able to print the result as your hardcopy. This section monitors the login, logout time and date if the student was voted and the names of the voters. Voters Section (Master List) Preview of the uploaded csv file master list By clicking the (show password) in the navigation bar, you can print this page as your hard copy and distribute the passwords to the students. Voters Section (Upload Master List) This will be the upload section for uploading your master list. You can only upload CSV file format. Voters Section (menu w/ asterisk) Menu with asterisk means requiring your password for security. Voters Section (Voters*) Enter your password then confirm When you enter Wrong password, this will notify. After entering your password, you can now proceed to add student manually. Adding student info one at the time Search for the student you want to edit info or delete Sample student with the info and the option button, edit or delete. Voters Section (Generate password*) Generate password section (left), you can also generate a new password for the students by searching their names. Configuring the password generator for all students, you can choose either 4digit code or with character. For generating a specific password of the students, you can choose an option of a password either (4D,6D,4P or 6P). 4D = 4-digit password 6D = 6 digits password 4P = 4 Alphanumeric passwords 6P = 6 Alphanumeric passwords Party List Section Preview of the list of the registered party list where you can view, edit, or delete. (right) you can add the new party list name. Delete option, will notify with names of each students inside the team. Then confirm. Edit the party list name. Edit the current name. then save Sample candidate, where you can view their names, the position and the option. Search the names you want to join on the selected party list. Candidates viewer, where you can edit and remove. you can also add their profile photo by clicking the photo template on the left side. Edit the candidate’s position, then save Click this template to Add profile photo of the students. After clicking the template to add profile photo, choose .png, .jpg file up to 5mb capacity. Then upload. Sessions Section Session menu where you can monitor the student if online and turn off and on the voting session. Click the turn off button to stop the voting session List of the Students who are online, you can also control their activation to logout. User & Password Section Change your username and your password. Then save. UI Student User Manual Admin will distribute to the students their generated password. Then log in to start voting. After logging in. Registered Party list will display. After voting click submit For assurance, the overview of the chosen student in the party list will display, then submit.
