DIAGRAM 1.0 Step 1 – Opening the safe using the master code: 1. Press * , enter the master code, then press #. Factory default code is: 7-7-7-7-7-7 2. The LED will light GREEN. 3. Open the door using the handle. Opening the safe using the user code: 1. Press * , enter the user code, then press #. Factory default code is: 0-0-0-0 2. Open the door using the handle. ENROLLING: Step 2 – Changing the master code: 1. Press # , enter the master code, then press #. Factory default code is: 7-7-7-7-7-7 2. The LED will light ORANGE. 3. Now: (while the LED lights ORANGE) a. Press 1 followed by the * key. b. Enter the new master code (6 digits), then press #. c. Enter the new master code again and press #. d. The lock will beep twice. Note: After changing the master code, all other codes will be deleted. DIAGRAM 2.0 Step 3 – Changing the user’s code: 1. Press # , enter the master code, then press #. 2. The LED will light ORANGE. 3. Now: (while the LED lights ORANGE) a. Enter user’s ID (2 thru 7) followed by the * key. b. Enter the new user code (4-8 digits), then press #. c. Enter the new user code again and press #. d. The lock will beep twice. Step 4 – Deleting individual user code: 1. Press # , enter the master code, then press #. 2. The LED will light ORANGE. 3. Now: (while the LED lights ORANGE) a. Enter user’s ID (2 thru 7). b. Then press * # #. c. The lock will beep twice. 2 3 Step 5 – Dual code setting: Single Code Mode: (Default) 1. Press # followed by the master code, then # 0 # 0 #. 2. Now any user code or master code will open the safe. Dual Code Mode: 1. Press # followed by the master code, then # 2 # 2 #. 2. Now in order to open the safe, you must enter the master code and user code in any order. Example: Press * then 7-7-7-7-7-7 (master code) followed by #, now enter 0-0-0-0 (user code) followed by #. NOTE: You have 60 seconds between entering the first code and the second code before the system goes back to sleep mode. Step 6 – Time delay setting: The time delay can be set from 1 to 99 minutes 1. Press # followed by the master code, then # 01-99 # 01-99 #. (05 = 5 minutes) 2. Now in order to open the safe, press the * key to activate the time delay, the LED will flash YELLOW every 5 seconds. In the last 10 seconds the LED will flash faster and the lock will beep twice when the time delay is done. Now you have 2 minutes to enter the code and open the safe. Example: Press # then 7-7-7-7-7-7 (master code) followed by #, now enter 05 followed by #, then enter 05 followed by #. 05 represents 5 minutes. Removing the time delay feature: 1. Press # followed by the master code, then # 00 # 00 #. 2. Now the lock as returned to normal operation mode, without the time delay feature. Replacing the batteries: Hold the metal part of the keypad with your hands and turn to the left (counterclockwise) to remove the keypad and expose battery tray.
