For the first time use, please fully power up both cellphone and charger.Low battery of charger will cause red LED solid of the charger or the charger can not power up for earphone. So please power up the charger before using. 3. Please be sure that your Bluetooth earphone is in "pairing mode", if it can not be spotted by cellphone. As the device will exit "pairing mode", if unpaired or unconnected for a long time. You may need to set it to "pairing mode" again. Supposing any program error occurs in cellphone or this device, please restart cellphone or this device, or reset this device to factory setting.4. White LED will be solid during charging while off once fully charged, the charging process will last about 2 hours.(Bad contact caused by improper operation or other reasons may switch off white LED even when charging, which results in incomplete charge. So please plug in the charger properly and keep stable charging until white LED is off.)
