will increase 10 degrees per second.

Fahrenheit

Registration Procedures
Open the battery compartment oi receiver and insert the two “AAA" batteries
Open the battery compartment ortransmilter and insert the two “AAA" batteries
The Professionai Remote Cooking Thermometer needs the receiver to register
the radio treouency signai lrom the transmitter.
Transmitter & Receiver are of].
1 Plug the stainless steel probe sensorinto the plug in or the transmitter.
2 Turn lransmitteron oy pressing and holding the ON-OFF/“F-“C button for 2
seconds,
3. Turn the receiveron by pressing and holding the ONsOFF/“FJ‘C butlon ior2
seconds
4. Registration is complete when the receiver shows the probe temperature,
Auto Off feature:
The receiver will turn ollautomaticaily it it hasn't receive the temperature signal
from the transmitterfor more than 30 minutes ,A oeep Will sound tor one minute
oeiore it shuts down. However, the Auto 0" teature will be automatically disabled
irthe timer is running.
The transmitterwill turn olt automatically ii the temperature measured is always
iowerthan 50 °C (122°F) in 120 minutes
Measure meat temperature to USDA doneness temperature
range
1 Press MODE to select thermometer mode, The upperdisplaywiii show a
small MEAT and a meat type such as BEEF
2. Press MEAT to select meat type. FROG (program). GBEEF (grouno beet),
GPOUL (ground poultry) BEEF. VEAL. CHOKE (chicken), PORK. PoutT
(poultry), LAMB at PiSH
3 Press TASTE to seiectthe ievel oidonertess forthe meat type seiected.

Measure meat temperature set to your specific taste
1. Press MODE to seiectthermometer mode The upperdisplaywtii show a
small MEATand a meat type such as BEEF
2 Press HR or MiN to raise or lowerthe set temperature As you press HR or
Min the display changes to PROG (program). Holding the button will raise
or lowerthe temperature setting rapidly Pressing MEATwiil return you to
the presetusnAranges
3. Once the temperature or meat reaches the preset doneness levei the receiver
wiil beep and the LCD back iighl wiii turn red

the countdown reaches 0‘00“ the timer starts counting up and itwill beeptor
so seconds The timer and “u "will blink Pressthe START/STOP button to
stop beeping. When the count up reaches 29:59:59 (59 seconds are not
displayed) the display will turn to 0:00. the unit beeps and “n“ will blinktor
60 seconds

Procedure for typical use on an outdoor grill:
The lollowing typical example Will go through the steps to have the Prolessional
Remote Cooking Thermometer alert you to when a beef steak is cooked to
medium (USDA cloneness level) and remind you to rotate hot clogs in 5 minutes

6, Stand the transmitter away trom heat source otgrill, DO NOT put transmitter
on closed cover or underthe cover The transmitter is not waterproof Do NOT
use in the rain
7. Press MEAT so BEEF is displayed.
