thatallequipmentofitsmanufactureshallbefreefromdefects
indesign,materialsandworkmanshipforaperiodof12months
fromdateofshipmentsunlessotherwisecoveredbyspecial
warranty.Ifanysuchproduct,entirelyorinpart,failstoproduce
theperformancesetforthinthebrochures,quotationsor
literatureprovidedbyEMR,suchproductwillbereplacedor
repairedatEMR’sexpenseprovidedthatthefailurewasnotthe
resultofalteration,misuse,tampering,misapplication,shipping
damageorvandalism.Ifaproductfailureisfoundtobethe
faultofEMR,costsoftransportationtotheEMRfactoryand
returnwillbebornbyEMR.ShouldEMRsupplycomponentsnot
ofitsownmanufacture,butspecifiedbyacustomer,the
warrantyshallreflecttheoriginalmanufactureswarranty,only.
ItisunderstoodthatthisstatementconstitutesEMR’sentire
