WST-101 Four Button Wireless Remote Specifications Frequency: 319.5MHz Battery: 3V lithium CR2032 Battery life: 5 years Operating Temperature: 32°-120°F (0°-49°C) Operating Humidity: 5-95% RH non condensing Compatible with all GE/Interlogix receivers Enrolling Each remote in learned into a control panel as an unsupervised sensor and uses one available zone slot. For all Concord, Simon3 and Simon XT panels, use sensor group number 01, 03, 06 or 07. Please refer to your specific control panel installation manual for full instructions. Operation Lock Depending on your control panel: Press once to arm in Stay mode. Press twice to arm in Away mode. Press three times to activate the latchkey feature. Light For Network X panels, press this button to arm the system in Stay mode. For Concord, Simon 3 or XT it will turn system controlled lights on or off. Unlock Press this button to disarm your system. You do not have to enter your access code when you use this key to disarm the system. Star For Network X panels, this button will perform the same function as programed for the Star key on keypad. For Simon 3 or XT panels with X10 universal module, pressing this button will open/close the garage door. Panic or Aux: If the remote is programmed using a panic or portable auxiliary group number. Pressing the Lock and Unlock buttons simultaneously will activate an audible or silent alarm (depending on group number) and initiate reports to the central station. Replacing the Battery When the battery is low a signal will be send to the control panel, or when a button is pressed the LED will appear dim or will not turn on at all. Follow these simple steps to replace the battery 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. With a key or small screwdriver, press the black tab located at the bottom of the remote (fig.1) and slide the chrome trim off. Carefully separate the front and back piece of plastic to reveal the battery Replace with a CR2032 battery ensuring the + side of the battery faces up (fig.2) Re-assemble the plastics and ensure they click together Ensure the notch in the chrome trim is aligned with the back of the plastic. It will only go on one way. If there is a defect in materials and workmanship under normal use within the warranty period Ecolink Intelligent Technology Inc. shall, at its option, repair or replace the defective equipment upon return of the equipment to the original point of purchase.
