LED Description Step 5: Install the Smart Sensor anchor screw (as shown). Figure 3. Anchor Screw Installation Step 1: Turn off all power to the light fixture by switching off the circuit breaker. Step 2: Mount the Control Unit (CU) in a UL approved enclosure. Refer to the Control Unit Installation Guide. See Figure 5 for the wiring connections from the CU. RJ12 Cable Step 6: Connect the RJ12 data cable to the Sensor (bottom entry). Figure 3. Figure 3 Step 3: Determine the location of the sensor in the fixture. Figure 1. Step 7: Slide the Smart Sensor onto the screw head. The Smart Sensor (SU-4S) should be mounted to the ceiling within a few inches (between 13/4” to 3”) of the lighting fixture and over the service area of the light. Step 4: Select a place for the RJ12 data cable from the CU to exit and make a small cut in the ceiling tile for the cable to exit.
