Here's how your warranty works:
JBS Technologies warrants to the original customer,
and the original car a limited lifetime warranty.
Within 12 months of purchase, JBS Technologies will
repair or replace, our option, any defective system at
no charge. After 12 months from date of purchase,
JBS Technologies will, at our option, repair or replace
the system for a $30 shipping and handling fee.
Installation, labor, removal and reinstallation are not
the responsibility of JBS Technologies. Registration
must be completed and sent in within fourteen (14)
days of purchase in order to validate the warranty.
JBS Technologies makes no warranty against the theft
of a vehicle or its contents. This warranty is not to be
construed as an insurance policy against loss.

JBS Technologies disclaims the warranty of
merchantability and fitness for any particular use. This
disclaimer shall be effective as to all claims ofany
kind made by or through any wholesaler, retailer,

MOUNTING YOUR WIRELESS KEYPAD_
Belore you mount the wireless touchpad to the outside or the vehicie,
make sure the control module is tirst installed Atter your control
module has been Wired to the vehicle's door lock system. you will
need to program the wireless touchpad to the control module Follow
the instructions lor operating the keypad to ensure all tunctions are
working properly
After you have tested all the functlons, you can mount the keypad
to the desired location. Be sure to apply the keypad to a clean and
dry surtace betore mounting. it is suggested that you use an alcohol
pad or wax remover tor the desired location Room temperature
mounting suriace is recommended but not necessary To mount the
keypad: tirst roll the drivers window down as to prevent accidental
lock-outs Remove the protective backing on the double sided tape
Apply the keypad to the desired clean surtace. Press tirmly and hold
tor to seconds.
l=or painting the exterior cover you should remove the outside casing
tirst betore applying to the vehicle.
INSTALLATION NOTE: ll your vehicle is serviced or the vehicle's
battery is disconnected, the keypad system may stop lunctioning.
it this happens, your keypad wrll need to be reprogrammed to the
[TP] module Either disconnect the battery lor 30 seconds and
reconnect. or unplug the 14 pin harness lrorn the HP] module lor
30 seconds and plug back in In both cases, enter your 5-digit
primahy code to reprogram the KEYPAD to your [TP] module.

Enter the 5-Digit Primary Code Press and hold Buttons 7/8 and
9/0 at the same time on the keypad for 20 seconds. release.
Next. press and hold Button wt (Lock) on the new remote tor 20
seconds. then release Button wt (Lock). try new remote
Adding additional remotes without a working keypad
Unplug the main unit lrorn under the dash. wait one minute Plug
the unit back in and use the new remote control.

Button Will llash (2) Two times and the Vehicle will automatically
UNLOCK alter the last Digit oi the 5-Digit code is entered
To Pop Trunk: Enter your 57Digit Primary or Secondary Code and
press the 5/6 Button. The 9/0 Button Will llash (2) Two times and it

PRECAUTIONS
This system is designed for vehicles
with power door locks only.
This system Will add remote keyless entry leatures to any vehicle
With power door locks. This Will also work as a replacement system
for the tactory installed keyless entry system
Do NOT use mechanical wiring connections. such as crimp or
snap together taps. Follow instructions on pages 6-7.
no NOT disconnectthe battery it the vehicle has an antlsthefiscoded
radio or is equlpped With an airbag. Doing so may cause a warning
light to be displayed and may require a trip to the dealer to be
corrected.
Do NOT leave the interior or exterior lights on lor an extended
period oi time as it may cause battery drain.
DO NOT mount the oontloI moduIe untiI aII connections have been
made and tested Using wlre (les or double sided tape, MOUNT
THE MODULE UNDER THE DASH.
MAKING WIRING CONNECTIONS
1. Strip back two inches at insulation on the wire trom the
“we“ emf"- Two inches ot Bare Wire

2. Strip back one inch of insulation on the wire you need to
connect to.

3. Separate the vehicle wire as shown. Make the separation
large enough to fit the other wire through.

4. Insert the wire trom the unit through the hole as shown.
5. Wrap the wire around one side then the other and finally
around itself as shown. ‘
5. Use electrical tape to wrap. Be sure to cover the wire about
two inches on either side of the connection. First pull the
wire that you have just connected along side the wire you
connected to, tape and wire tie them togetheruse this method
for all connections.

PROGRAMMING YOUR KEYPAD Cont:
To Test: Enter the New Secondary SrDlgiI Code, 9/0 Will flash
(1) One time and the Doors should UNLOCK.
Secondary Code Erasure:
For your convenience, you can also Erase the 5-Dlglt Secondary
Code to the KEYPAD To do this, enterthe 5rDlgiI Primary Code,
then Press and Hold Button 1/2, then Press and Hold Button 7/9,
the 9/0 Button Wlll llash it) One tlme Release the we and 7/5
Buttons, the KEYPAD Will send a UNLOCK command to the TP
Module and the 9/0 Button will llash (1) One time again to indicate
the Programming is complete
To Test: Enter the Old Secondary 5-Dlgit Code, 9/0 will not Ilastl
and the Door Locks should not Respond.
RECEIVER PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS_
To Enter Receiver Program 9 Mod .
Enter the SrDiglt Primary Code. Press Button 7/8 for to seconds
then release You are now in programmlng mode. After
programming, to exit programming mode press and release
Button 7/B again.
Programming 0.7 and 3.5 second door lock/unlock pulse time
Press buttons 7/3 and 9/0 at the same tlme once the urllt ls
programmed Ior 3.5 second door lock/unlock Press buttons 7/8
and 9/0 at the same tlrne twlCE; the urllt I5 programmed tor 0 7
second door lock/unlock.
Programming lor dual pulse lock/unlock
(Used on some imports)
Press Button 3/4 once, the unit is programmed tor dual pulse
unlock. Press Button 3/4 mice, the unit is programmed loi dual
pulse lock. Press Button 3/4 to) Three times. the unit is
programmed lor no Dual Pulse Lock/Unlock.
