PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The innovative slimline MEM2400LP Mechanical
Electro Magnetic Lock has been designed as an
alternative to standard magnetic locks especially
suited for situations where door height or narrow
prole door frames create installation restrictions
and appearance is of paramount importance.
The patented MEM incorporates both magnetic
and mechanical design principles to achieve a
superior holding force of up to 1000kg, whilst being
75% smaller than a standard 600kg Electro Magnet.
The MEM2400 is capable of opening with up
to 70kg side pressure on the door and has the
added security function of “Early Warning” alarm
condition. The device comes with the FSH patented
“Anti-Tamper-Bracket” as standard.

MEM2400EXT-SERIES
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The MEM2400EXT Series high security Delayed Egress
Locking Devices are unique products designed
for retail applications and the like, where exit
doors require Egress Delay functions as well as
comprehensive security monitoring.
The MEM2400EXT will open with up to 70kg side
pressure (Pre-Load) on the door. In addition to
Door and Lock Status Sensors, the device is also
equipped with a 2 stage Early Warning alarm
function (EW), Light Panel (LP), a local internal
sounder and optional CCTV camera.
A 12 Volt PIR movement detector is required,
but not supplied with the MEM locking device to
monitor movement on the secure side of the door
ensuring the door cannot be released from the
non-secure side (outside).
The device is equipped with the patented
Anti-Tamper plate.

Activation of the Early
Warning alarm and
Delayed Egress function
The Early Warning alarm functions
(EW) are both, local and remote
alarm indications to detect, deter
and record unauthorised exit
attempts. The Early Warning alarm
operates in two stages.
Stage 1
Triggered on initial pressure being
applied to the particular door tted
with the device in the form of a local
audible and/or remote alarm. The
initial pressure to the door is called
“Nuisance Delay Period” and can
be set from 0 to 3 seconds. After
the Nuisance Delay Period, and if
continuous pressure is applied to
the door, stage 2 is triggered.
Stage 2
Activates both, local and remote
alarm indications. At this time the
device will release the door with
an optional time delay of 0, 15 or
30 seconds. Any incident will be
captured by the local CCTV
camera, if the optional CCTV
version MEM2400EXT-SC is installed.

The innovative MEM4400 Series Mechanical Electro
Magnetic Lock is a small and extremely strong
sliding door locking solution. It has been specically
designed for automatic sliding door applications
where the size of common electromechanical
locking mechanisms create installation difculties.
Located on or within the sliding door track
mechanism the patented MEM incorporates both
magnetic and mechanical design principles to
achieve an exceptional holding force of up to
680kg at an extraordinary compact size.
The MEM4400 Series also provides full monitoring,
LSS, DSS and Early Warning (EW) security alarm
indication. The device accepts voltage of
12-24VDC and has low power consumption
of 260mA@12V.

individually encoded addressable armature plate.
The lock will only recognize its own armature plate
to prevent the device from being compromised by
false plates.
Under normal, non-alarm conditions, the
ECO5700HS “EcoMag” operates in a low current
`Sleep-Mode’ of 60mA@24V with a holding force of
300kg. In the event of an unauthorised attempt to
open the door, the ECO5700HS “EcoMag” “wakes
up” and goes into an Alarm Mode with full current
of 340mA@24V applied to the device, instantly
increasing the holding force to up to 680kg.
The EcoMag operates on multi voltage 10-26VDC,
provides an Early Warning (EW) signal output, has
a built-in local Alarm Buzzer, with full monitoring of
Lock Status & Door Status and long distance Light
Panel indicator.
The device is provided with the FSH patented
Anti-Tamper-Plate as standard.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The FEM5700 is an unmonitored single magnetic
lock and the FEM5700D is an unmonitored double
magnetic lock with dual 12 or 24 Volt settings.
The FEM5700M is a monitored single magnetic
lock and the FEM5700DM is a monitored double
magnetic lock with 12 or 24 Volt settings. Each
monitored magnetic lock has a built-in Hall Effect
Sensor for remote monitoring of Lock status (LSS).
The devices have a patented highly visible high
luminosity Light Panel and Door Status Sensor (DSS)
for remote monitoring of the door status through
a reed switch contact as well as a Lock Status
Sensor (LSS). The monitored devices come with a
Patened Anti-Tamper-Security-Plate as standard to
prevent hostile attacks on the dome-nut-xing bolt
of the Armature Plate.” All FEM5700 Series Electro
Magnetic Locks come with a lifetime warranty and
have no residual magnetism.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The FEM3500 is an unmonitored single magnetic
lock and FEM3500D is an unmonitored double
magnetic lock with dual 12 or 24 Volt settings.
The FEM3500M is a monitored single magnetic
lock and the FEM3500DM is a monitored double
magnetic lock both with 12 or 24 Volt settings. Each
monitored magnetic lock has a built-in Hall Effect
Sensor for remote monitoring of Lock status (LSS).
The devices have a highly visible high luminosity
Light Panel and a Door Status Sensor (DSS) for
remote monitoring of the door status as well as Lock
Status Sensor (LSS). The monitored devices come
with a patented Anti-Tamper-Security-Plate as
standard to prevent hostile attacks on the dome-
nut-xing bolt of the Armature Plate.
All FEM3500 Series Electro Magnetic Locks
come with a lifetime warranty and have no
residual magnetism.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Electro Magnetic Lock FEM4000HST/DHST has
an electronically addressable armature plate,
unique to each magnet and has a holding force
of up to 580kg. The device has up to 4 hour re
resistance rating tested to both Australian and
British Fire Test Standards. The device is provided
with built in surge protection and accepts both
12 and 24VDC. This Electro Magnetic Lock also
provides the following monitoring features:
1. Lock Status Sensor by Hall-Effect (LSS)
2. Internal CPU registered armature plate
The Electro Magnetic Lock FEM4000HST/DHST is
provided with a lifetime warranty and supplied
with an Anti-Tamper-Plate as standard, to prevent
hostile attacks on the dome-nut-xing bolt of the
Armature Plate.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FSH shear locks are an evolutionary product
based on the proven EML concept, designed for
applications where the door swings up to a180º
degree arc.
Whilst a standard EML provides a tensile force, a
shear lock differs as it resists a shear or sliding force.
When the shear lock detects the door in the closed
position, the magnet “sucks” the armature plate up
by up to 5mm and traps the armature in the lock
body frame.
Despite the small size of the FSH shear lock, it is
capable of resisting up to 250kg of shear load.
The shear lock accepts voltages from 12 to 24VDC.
Lock should not be used on doors.

Electric EcoStrike with up to 35kg Pre-Load
capability is a revolutionary electric locking solution.
With a high Pre-Load /Side-Load tolerance and
minimal energy consumption in ‘Sleep-Mode’ it is

The strike accepts voltages from 10 to 30VDC, is
pre-drilled for extension lips and has a unique and
simple fail secure (Power To Open)/ fail safe (Power
To Lock) switch-over function.
The door strike provides 2 forms of monitoring:
1. LSS (Lock Status Sensor)
2. DSS (Door Latch Sensor)
The electric strike consumes current less than 300mA

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The RetroLine Series Strikes are designed to replace
the redundant PADDE EA and HARCOR Electric
Strikes. The strikes are modied versions of the FSH
FES20M product. A small modication on the door
frame has to be made to replace existing PADDE
EA or HARCOR strikes.
The RetroLine FEA20M and FHC20M high security
electric door strikes have Door Status and Lock
Status monitoring (DSS &LSS), are manufactured
from stainless steel and have the advantage of
accepting D.C. voltages from 12 to 36Volts.

of either 12 or 24VDC, are re tested up to a 4 hour
re resistance rating to both Australian and British
Fire Test Standards.
The strikes are easily site-interchangeable Power
To Lock (PTL) or Power To Release (PTR) by simply
changing over the Barbell mechanism. The device
is pre-drilled to cater for extension lips, come with
a 5 year warranty and have a holding strength of
up to 1300kg. The FES10M version comes with Door
Status Sensor (door latch monitoring). The FES10
version is weather resistant IP56 rated.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The patented EcoLock VE1260 is a high torque
motor driven Drop Bolt with up to 35kg pre-load/
side load tolerance. It can be installed vertically
in the door frame (lock style) or horizontally in the
frame header and has a symmetric dead-bolt
mechanism to allow to be used on 180° degree
swing through doors.
The VE1260 is considered a “Green Product” as
it consumes an inrush current of 290mA@12VDC
only during locking and unlocking action (Active
Mode), then in the locked or unlocked state
(Sleep-Mode), the Drop Bolt consumes current
less than15mA@12VDC.
A series of additional Strike Plates allow for door
misalignment of up to +12mm and a retrot version
of the FSH Eco Lock is available to suit the PADDE/
TRIMEC ES8000 drop bolt footprint.
An optional LED red/green indicator unit
is available.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The patented HL1260 is a high torque motor driven
hook lock for a sliding door. It can be installed
vertically in the door frame (lock style) with the
strike plate mounted on the edge of the door.
Alternatively there is a surface mount box for the
strike plate and/or lock for a sliding door.
The HL1260 is considered a “Green Product” as
it consumes an in-rush current of 290mA@12VDC
only during locking and unlocking action
(active Mode), then in the locked or unlocked
state (Sleep-Mode), it consumes current less
than15mA@12VDC.
The Hook Lock HL1260 should not be installed to
doors exposed to wind and weather.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The FEW3000 early warning alarm lock is purposely
designed to provide security to all types of drug
cabinets, refrigerators, lockers, show cases,
containers and the like where not only locking but
also monitoring of both the locking device (LSS)
power on / power off, and door position (DSS),
door opened or closed, is of concern.
The FEW3000 is also provided with the unique
feature of “Early Warning”, in the event that
unauthorised attempts are made to open the
door the locking device triggers a changeover
relay signalling ‘unauthorised attempted entry’.
The lock has a holding force of up to 40kg and
accepts 12VDC with a current of 0.3amps and has
a working temperature of minus 10°C to plus 50°C.

FCL0001 & FCL0002
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The FCL0001 & FCL0002 are suitable for surface
mount installation on all types of cabinets, or
lockers. The cabinet locks are designed to t into
cabinets and lockers with hinged or sliding doors
from either the front or side of the door. The lock
function is interchangeable between Power To Lock
and Power To Release. The devices are supplied in
a dual voltage conguration, 12VDC or 24VDC.
The FCL0002 Cabinet Lock version comes with Lock
Status Sensor (LSS), monitoring the locking pin and
Door Status Sensor (DSS), monitoring if the door is
open or close.
The locking pin is spring loaded and acts as
latching mechanism in combination with the
Lock Strike Plate.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The FSS1 Series of High Security Door Monitoring
Sensor are designed to provide a true high security
solution for door position monitoring.
It is a state-of-the-art monitoring solution with a ush
mount version for new construction, and surface
mount version as a superior replacement for
traditional magnetic balanced reed sensors.
Specically developed for high security applications
in government and military installations, the FSS1
Series High Security Door Monitoring Sensor consist
of seven magnetic sensors that are used to detect
a unique magnetic footprint from an array of
magnets on the magnetic face plate. One sensor
is used to detect the position of the magnetic face
plate in relation to the device, while the other six
sensors are used to determine the polarity, size,
strength and position of the magnets on the unique
magnetic face plate in relation to the memorised
pattern. The FSS1 is equipped with sophisticated
anti-tamper facilities.

The contractor shall provide a High Security Door Monitoring
Sensor “HSDMS” on each nominated door and/or location.
The HSDMS must be SCEC approved to minimum SL4.
The HSDMS must be on-site reprogrammable by the installer.
The High Security Door Monitoring Sensor shall utilise a
minimum of seven magnetic sensors, one of which will
enable magnetic positioning to marry up with a unique
magnetic array plate in relation to the installed device.
The HSDMS will be capable to operate with door to frame
gaps up to a maximum of 7mm and shall accommodate
end-of-line modules being securely situated within the
HSDMS enclosure.
The HSDMS shall have at least two tamper switches to detect
unauthorized removal of the sensor cover. In addition, the
HSDMS Flush Mount Version shall have a separate tamper
switch to detect the removal of the device from the door
frame in which it is mounted.
The HSDMS shall be available as a Flush Mount, a Surface
Mount with facility to accommodate conduit cable entry
and Surface Mount unit with provision for cable entry from
the rear.
The Flush Mount HSDMS must be tted with mounting tabs
and shall be 110mm long, 32mm deep and 35mm wide.
The Surface mount HSDMS will be inclusive of threaded entry
to accommodate the tting of conduit and shall be 75mm
long, 34mm high and 35mm deep.
The Surface mount “Non Conduit Version” HSDMS will
exclude threaded entry, allowing for installer tailored “Rear
Entry” of cabling and shall be 75mm long, 34mm high and
35mm deep.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The FEL990 Series Electric Mortice Lock is a true
multi-functional locking device. It has been
developed for simplicity - simplicity for the stockist,
the installer and the end-user. Only two options are
available – either monitored or non-monitored.
The FEL990 Series locks can be easily site congured
as follows:
• single-sided locking (Vestibule) / double-sided
locking (Combination)
• power to lock (fail safe) / power to open
(fail secure)
• left hand / right hand operation
FEL990M also includes comprehensive monitoring:
• Door position monitoring by reed switch
• Lock status monitoring by a combination of
3 locking parameters

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The FES112 is purposely designed for heavy duty
high security applications where superior holding
strength is required, such as detention centres,
correctional facilities and the like. The Strike works
in conjunction with a heavy duty double throw
deadlock. With a holding force in excess of 1000kg,
multiple monitoring functions and multi-voltage
regulation, the FES112 is the perfect locking device
for a variety of high security installations and
a viable solution for either new or retrot high
security projects. The device is supplied with a
series 2 to series 3 simple change over switch.
Series 3 conguration provides the device with
door position monitoring, in this conguration the
FES112 cannot be secured until the door is in the
closed position and the lock monitoring tongue is
depressed.
