Before cleaning the laptop, please disconnect the power and take
out all the battery.

- Please double-check the horn icon which is on your right corner
and check whether have silencing on the equipment or press the
function hotlcey in order to close the silencing or improve the
volune. Vou also can hit [Start] 4 [Control Panel]. find the horn icon
then open [Sounds and Audio Devices] to check the voice.
- Most problem of the voice is related with software, please ensure
that the progress ofaudio equipment drive is right. Please check
the software if the the voice is doesn't work under the software,
' If you use external audio source or headset without sound, please
check out relevant connections of external equipment malfunction.

- Please double-check the horn icon on the right taskbar, or click
[Start] 4 [control panel], find the horn icon, open [Sounds and
Audio Devices] , then double the  of Sound recording,
whether select Microphone option or the voice is too low.

I Can't identify
- After change the new memory bank. if can't check or no memory
capacity display. please make sure whether the install is right.
- If you install more than one memory, please ensure the
compatibility between the EMS and whether is in the scope of the
support. so suggest to use same type of the memory module.
- If the workofdust proof and damp proof is not good will cause
oxidize ofthe interface and poor contact. Please reinstall the
memory {use erase to wipe off the oxidize layer and dust).
- Its possible that the EMS already damaged if the system
incompatible with memory. Also ifthe temperature is too high or
have water into will cause damaged.
