25ProScribe CV12.0.0  TROUBLESHOOTING12.1.1  THE ProScribe WILL NOT TURN ON... • When power is on, you will see:    On the pad: Power indicator light above the screen on the right will turn green •Ifpowerison,butyoustilldon’tseeanythingonthescreen,wakeupthepadbytappingonthescreenorbypressing    control buttons located on the right hand side of the screen. •IfpaddoesnotpoweronattachtheACadaptertotheunitbyeither; PluggingtheACadapterintotheDCinthatistheD-SUB9input,makingsurethattheAdapterisalsopluggedintothe wallsocket.  • If the preceding steps do not turn the pad on, try restarting the machine: Asalastresortremovethepowercord,waittensecondstheninsertagainthepowercord,toswitchontheProScribeor    try to push the reset switch button located between the 2 USB ports.  12.2.1  MY SYSTEM DOES NOT RUN SMOOTHLY Poor wireless signal quality or the simultaneous opening of too many applications will cause deterioration in application   performance.
