Furrion Access supports LTE Band 2/4/13. Popular operating systems such as
Windows, Linux and Mac, and smart devices like IOS and Android are compatible with
this product.
This device is ready for the Furrion network. Once you have installed the device, turn
on the power and after few minutes the Furrion access should attach itself to the
LTE network as default. It is as simple as that. Please read this manual when using
Furrion Access for the first time.

What’s in the Box

Slide-in the Furrion Access LTE WiFi Router
This Furrion Access - LTE WiFi Router is
designed for using with Furrion rooftop
antenna only. Refer to the separate
Furrion outdoor antenna instruction
manual about how to install it onto the
RV rooftop.
NOTE: A Furrion Rooftop Antenna with
mounting bracket (sold separately,
part#FAN73B7C) should already have
been installed on your RV rooftop. If not,
contact your RV dealer or visit www.
furrion.com to purchase it.
2. Slide the Furrion Access - LTE WiFi
Router into the existing Ceiling Mount
Bracket. (Fig. 2)

3. Your Furrion Access - LTE WiFi
Router is now fully installed onto the
RV ceiling.
1. Pull to remove the cover attached
over the existing Ceiling Mount
Bracket. (Fig. 1)

Device Preparation
This device is ready for the Furrion
network, simply slide the device into the
ceiling mount bracket. For first time use,
you are required to activate the Furrion
Network Service online, which allows
you to access the best LTE network
coverage in North America.
Material Preparation
Before activating your device, make sure
you have the warranty card, the device
identity sticker or the rating label at the
back of the router prepared to obtain the
correct ICCID and IMEI number for the
device.

Activation
There are 3 methods for you to activate
the device.
●● Method 1 - Call Furrion Customer
Service hotline for support.
Please have the Warranty Card of the
device or the Device Identity Sticker
included in the package on hand.
●● Method 2 - Visit www.furrion.com/
access or use your smart device to
scan the QR code on the device.
The online instructions will guide you
to complete the activation process.
●● Method 3 - Through the Furrion
Access for activation.
NOTE: You are required to have
access to the Internet via an external
WiFi network. Otherwise, please use
either Method 1 or Method 2.
Follow the “Device Configuration”
section for activation information.
Device Configuration
Power on your Device
Turn on the power connected to the
ceiling mount bracket. The Furrion
Access - LTE WiFi Router will be turned
on automatically upon receiving power.
NOTE: You may login to the device
software and disable the auto power on
feature in the configuration software.
The default setting is Enabled.
If the device is turned off, press and hold
the POWER button on top of the device to
turn it on.
Connecting to the Device
Your Furrion Access - LTE WiFi Router
supports auto-switch between 4G LTE
and External WiFi. One of the following
two methods can be chosen to link your
Furrion Access - LTE WiFi Router with a
PC:
WiFi Connection
3. Click Join.
The “xxxxx” in the example above
corresponds to the last 5 digits of the
unique network ID address. The default
password can be found on the SSID/WPA
sticker.
LAN Connection
Depending on your RV dealer, you can
connect the Furrion Access through the
assigned Ethernet Socket.
Login
The default IP of this 4G LTE WiFi Router
is 192.168.0.1 with subnet 255.255.255.0.
Make sure the attached PC to this
router is in the same subnet and has
an IP address in the range between
192.168.0.2~ 192.168.0.254.
1. Launch a web browser and enter
192.168.0.1 in the address bar, the
login window will pop up.
2. Enter the default username: admin
and password: admin.
1. Scan for wireless networks on your
mobile or laptop. It may take a few
minutes for the network to appear.
2. Select Local WiFi network with
SSID: FURRIONAP_xxxxx
Password: FAxxxxx
3. Click Login.

Change Administration Password
After successful login, the following
screen will appear and you will be
required to setup a new password
for the “admin” account for device
management.
Username: Show the current username.
New Password: You can enter 1-32
characters as your new password.
Confirm Password: Enter the new
password again.
Click Next to go on to the next step.
WAN Connection Setup
Select WiFi, in order to access the
Furrion network activation. The
following screen will appear after

LTE: For internet service through the
LTE network.
STA: For internet service through the
public WiFi network.
Click Next to go on to the next step.
Wireless Connection Setup
The following screen will appear after
clicking the Next button and will allow
you to configure the WiFi settings.
Network Name (SSID): To identify your
wireless network, a name called the
SSID (Service Set Identifier) is used.
You can set it to anything you like and
you should make sure that your SSID
is unique if there are other wireless
networks operating in your area.
Security Mode: Select a mode of
Disabled, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK or WPA-

Password: 1~32 characters
Save Confirmation Settings
Click “Next” and “Finish” to save and
complete the quick setup.
A new window will pop up indicating you
have successfully configured the system.
Click OK.
You should now be able to access to the
Internet after the device configuration is
complete. Go to https://access.furrion.
com to follow the Furrion network
activation process.
Advance Setting
Click the “Advance Setting” button to
activate the advance setting page. You
are now allowed to configure the settings
of WAN, LAN, WiFi, Firewall and etc.

Maintenance
Power off your Device
NOTE: Be careful for the device might be
hot after a long time operation.
You may choose one of the following
two methods to turn off the 4G LTE WiFi
Router.
Method 1:
Press and hold the POWER button on top
of the Furrion Access - LTE WiFi Router
for about 4 seconds. The Network Status
LED and Pop-up Warning LED will flash
for two seconds and then turn off. The
device will be turned off.
Method 2:
After successful login into the software
(see “Login” section about how to login),
click
button to turn off the Furrion
Access - LTE WiFi Router.

NOTE: It is recommended to wait 30
seconds before turning on the Furrion
Access - LTE WiFi Router after it is
powered off.
Reset your Device
To restore the Furrion Access - LTE
WiFi Router to factory default settings,
press and hold the RESET button using
a sharp object for about 10 seconds then
release. The LED will flash 3 times then
disappear. A short press of the RESET
button will restart the device.

Troubleshooting
1. None of the LEDs are on when you turn on the router
Make sure you have power to the Furrion Access - LTE WiFi Router.
Check the connection between the adapter and the Furrion Access - LTE WiFi
Router. If the error persists, you may have a hardware problem. In this case you
should contact technical support.
2. You have forgotten your router login and/or password
Try the default login and password, found in the “Login” section in page 9. If this
fails, you can restore your router to its factory settings by pressing and holding the
Reset button on top of your router for 6 seconds or more.
3. Can’t get access to Internet
Check the external LTE access status and WiFi connection. Alternatively, your
Furrion Network Service account may have insufficient data balance.

Warranty
Furrion warrants for a period of 1 year from date of retail purchase by the original
end-use purchaser, that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in
original packaging, from a Furrion authorized reseller and used in normal conditions,
is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship. In case
of such defect, Furrion shall replace or repair the product at no charge to you.
This warranty does not cover: products where the original serial numbers have
been removed, altered or cannot readily be determined; damage or loss caused by
accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, product modification, failure to follow instructions
in instruction manual, commercial or industrial use; damage or loss caused to the
decorative surface of product; to any data, software or information; and normal
wear and tear. This warranty only protects the original end-user (“you”) and is not
transferable; any attempt to transfer this warranty shall make it immediately void.
This warranty is only valid in the country of purchase.
THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN
LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER
ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FURRION SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IF FURRION CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
No Furrion reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification,
extension, or addition to this warranty.

TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF
ANY EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING,
OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH FURRION
PRODUCTS. FURRION’S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.
