Yourcalories burned includes your base metabolismplus activity calories.Activity tracking can be enabled during theinitial device setup, or at any  ime.Select   > Settings > Activity Tracking >Turn On.Your step count does not appear until thedevice acquir s GPS signals and sets thetim  automatically. The device may need aclear view of the sky to acquire GPSsignals.Your total number of steps taken during the dayappears beneath the time of day. The stepcount is updated periodically.TIP: You can select   to scroll through youractivity tracking data.Going for a RunThe device comes partially charged.
