INSTRUCTION TO THE USER This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a typical installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. 1. PermissionManager: The Gatekeeper Systems D-9760 PermissionManager contains two 2.4GHz transceivers and it is used to send commands to and receive data from the Gatekeeper Systems wheels. 2. PermissionManager detail: Power up PermissionManager, by providing +3.3V DC power supply at connector block pin 1 and grounding at connector block pin 4. While power up, Green LED will be ON to indicate PermissionManager is power up. Then the Green LED will start flashing. It indicates that the PermissionManager is in operating mode.
