INSTRUCTION TO THE USER 
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a class B digital device, 
pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules.  These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection 
against harmful interference in a typical installation.  This equipment generates, uses and can 
radiate radio frequency energy and if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, 
may cause harmful interference to radio communications.  However, there is no guarantee that 
interference will not occur in a particular installation.  If this equipment does cause harmful 
interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off 
and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following 
measures: 
  Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna on the device experiencing the interference 
  Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. 
  Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which this device is 
connected 
  Consult the dealer or experienced technician for the device experiencing the interference 
In order to maintain compliance with FCC regulations, no changes can be made to this equipment 
without the approval of Gatekeeper Systems, Inc.  The user is cautioned that any changes or 
modifications made to the equipment without the approval of Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. could void 
the user’s authority to operate this equipment. 
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.  Operation is subject to the following two 
conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept 
any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. 
This device complies with Industry Canada’s licence-exempt RSSs. Operation is subject 
to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause interference; and (2) This 
device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired 
operation of the device.

Crossed out wheeled bin symbol 126. All new EEE products must be marked with  
the crossed out wheeled bin symbol. In exceptional cases, where this is not possible 
because of the size or function of the product, the crossed out wheeled bin symbol must 
be printed on the packaging, the instructions for use and the accompanying warranty 
where applicable. This symbol aims to encourage the consumer to discard the product  
separately from general waste, either at the network of designated  
collection facilities or by returning it to a distributor who provides  
in-store take-back of WEEE 
The suggested ambient temperature is around 25°C  

1.  PermissionManager:  
The Gatekeeper Systems D-9760 PermissionManager contains two 2.4GHz transceivers 
and it is used to send commands to and receive data from the Gatekeeper Systems 
wheels.  
2.  PermissionManager detail: 
Power up PermissionManager, by providing +3.3V DC power supply at connector block  
pin 1 and grounding at connector block pin 4. 
While power up, Green LED will be ON to indicate PermissionManager is power up. Then 
the Green LED will start flashing. It indicates that the PermissionManager is in operating 
mode.
