1. Preface
Thank you buying this Android TV Box. Please read this manual thoroughly before
operating the Android TV Box. Make sure the Android TV Box was not damaged in transit.
Should the Android TV Box appear to be damaged, do not install it and contact your dealer.
Check that you have all accessories according to the model.
2. Safety Precautions
Preparation:
Put the Android TV Box on a stable surface.
Do not place any material on the Android TV Box.
Do not block or cover the ventilation openings on the Android TV Box.
Connection cables:
Power adapter and cables must be properly routed and protected to prevent people from
stepping on them and causing the Android TV Box to fail.
Heating source and humidity:
Keep the Android TV Box dry and away from humidity.
Keep the Android TV Box away from heat sources.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Unplug the Android TV before cleaning it. Only clean the Android TV Box with a soft and
dry cloth. Do not use solvents or liquid.
Prolonged Absences:
Unplug the Android TV Box when unused for long periods of time or during lightning
storms.

7. Android TV Box operation
Connect power adapter to the box, you will see two pages, one shows Android icon, the
next one shows android this word. Then it will access to Android TV Box system
automatically.
8. Setup
Use the setup application to configure language, and others. For details, see the sections
about individual applications.

Ethernet: Open the Ethernet.

If you check “use Static IP”, you can enter an IP address/Netmask/DNS address/Default
Router manually, rather than DHCP protocol to obtain network setting from the network
itself.(For details, please ask the administrator of the network)

Unknown sources: Allow installation of non-market application.
Quick launch: Set keyboard shortcuts to launch applications.
Manage applications: You can manager and remove installed applications.
Running services: View and control currently running services.
Limit applications: Make sure it has enough memory to enjoy all entertainments smoothly,
Limit the number of running applications is necessary.
Ń.Privacy (Factory data reset)
This will erase all data from your box, but will not erase current system software and
bundled applications and SD card files, such as music or photos.

Check the Total, Available space of SD card, you also can format SD card.

Select Language: Open the screen, where you can select the language to use for the text
on the system.
Android keyboard: For systems with physical keyboards, uncheck to disable the onscreen
keyboard. This setting is available only if there is a physical keyboard.
User dictionary” Open a list of the words you have added to the dictionary.
ņ.Data and Time
Automatic means use network-provided values, and the system time will synchronize with
the network.
Set data and Set time: You can set manually.
Select time zone: Select the local time zone.
Use 24-hour format: 24-hour (default).
Select data format: 04/26/20//;26/04/2011;2011/04/26.

9. Applications in the system
App Installer: Install application from SD card and USB disk.
Browser: Visit website and search for information online.
Music: The music gives you access to your music library.
Video Player: Play all of your videos from SD card, USB disk and HDD.
Gallery: It displays your photo library on screen in high definition.
Email: Send email.
Settings: Configure language, network, date and time .etc.
Calculator: Calculation
Clock: desktop clock

10. Icons on the upper right corner of the screen
Cable network icon: if you don't connect network, there is no this icon.
Wireless network icon: it shows the signal strength when it is working.
System Time: Show the current system time.
Home: Go back to main screen.
Back: Go back to the last screen.

11. Upgrade firmware
Copy the updated file to USB disk, plug it to USB port of Android TV, press the updated
button (on the back of Android TV Box) down, connect power adapter. Then you will see
upgrade progress on the screen. Release button and let it upgrade automatically. After
finished, Android TV Box will restart automatically.
