GWN7610
802.11ac Wireless Access Point
The GWN7610 is a high-performance 802.11ac wireless access point for enterprises, office buildings, retail centers,
hotels, hospitals, convention centers and more. It offers simultaneous dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) using the
latest 3x3 MIMO 802.11ac technology to maximize bandwidth, increase signal strength and expand Wi-Fi coverage.
The GWN7610 uses a controller-less design which allows each access point to manage it’s own network independently
without being tied to a central network controller, eliminating the need to purchase extra controller hardware and
software. This enterprise wireless access point is powered and can be managed by Grandstream’s scalable and
intuitive network management system which allows for the management of multiple access points at a single site. The
GWN7610 can also be managed by Grandstream’s GWN7000 Enterprise Multi-WAN Gigabit Router. With support for
300 plus devices per AP, dual Wi-Fi support, industry leading 3x3 MIMO wireless technology and support for 802.11ac,
the GWN7610 is an ideal wireless access point for large and small wireless/VPN solutions.

Intuitive Management Interface
Network Management
Manage networks consisting of
GWN7610 APs directly from the
products’ intutive web user interface.
A Cloud-based interface is coming
soon for easy management of large
deployments.
Controller-less Design
Single-Site Management
The GWN7610 can be fully managed
and controlled via its web user
interface - eliminating the need
to purchase a seperate controller
that is usually required by other
manufacturers.
802.11ac
Support for 802.11ac allows the
GWN7610 to offer supercharged
Wi-Fi speeds up to over 1 Gigabit per
second.
3x3 MIMO technology
Industry-leading 3x3 MIMO allows
the GWN7610 to transmit and
receive via three simultaneous
streams at all times, offering
more bandwidth capacity when
downloading and uploading data to
and from the wireless network.
Multi-Site Management
Simultaneous Dual-band
Wi-Fi
Each GWN7610 supports both
2.4GHz and 5GHz connections,
therefore doubling networks
speeds by creating 2 seperate Wi-Fi
networks that lower interference and
can be used for different purposes.
GWN7000 Integration
GWN7610 APs can also be fully
managed via the GWN7000 router
- ideal for multi-site and VPN
deployments.
300+ Clients per GWN7610
Each GWN7610 can support more
than 300 simultaneous clients

GWN Series: Deployment and Set Up
Simple Set up
Set up is easy, simply:
1.
Connect the GWN70xx router and
GWN76xx access point to the LAN.
2.
Access the device from the Web UI and pair the
GWN 76xx.
3.
Configure the SSID and password.
Easily Monetize any network
Payments can be collected easily, via a landing
page. Customers must log into the landing page
for internet access. This makes the GWN Series
ideal for use in cafes, restaurants, and hotels.
Large-Scale Solutions
The GWN is flexible, making it ideal for both small
and large scale deployments. The GWN can provide
the perfect wireless solution for large residential
complexes as well as a small cafe. A large office
campus can connect all employees using the same
SSID and credentials, so when moving from floor to
floor, building to building, or branch office to branch
office, internet access is uninterrupted. This saves
employees time and increases productivity.
Think Bigger
A single coffee chain can deploy the GWN series
company-wide in both its cafes and corporate
offices while managing it all from the Unified
Management Interface.
Benefits of a company-wide deployment include:
•
•
•
•

Linking multiple locations together for
easy management
No single point of failure, ensuring
redundant infrastructure
Local cafe employees do not have to manage
internet access
Private and guest networks are securely
hosted from the same router
